On July 23^rd (local time of the United States), the World Jump Rope Championships 2023 came to a successful conclusion in Colorado, the USA.

 The Chinese national team has smashed 4 world records, capturing 20 gold medals, 11 silver medals and 5 bronze medals, among which 14 gold medals, 8 silver medals, 3 bronze medals and 2 world records were contributed by team members from Huadu District, Guangzhou.

The 4 world records were the 900 skips of the Double Dutch Speed Relay 4×30 sec achieved by Cen Xiaolin, Tang Haofan, Xie Kaiyu and Zhang Chongyang, the 464 skips of the Double Dutch Speed Sprint 1×60 sec achieved by Cen Xiaolin, Xie Kaiyu and Zhang Chongyang, the 1,028 skips of Single Rope Speed Endurance 1×180 sec during the preliminary heats and the 1,042 skips during the final achieved by Du Tingting.

It is reported that, as the first offline jump rope championships since the establishment of the International Jump Rope Union, the competition marks the world jump rope championships with the largest scale and the widest participating range ever in history, serving as the highest-level jump rope pageant in the world. More than 1,200 athletes, 230 referees and 250 coaches from 27 countries and regions around the world have participated in it. The Chinese national jump rope team consists of 21 athletes from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Kunming, Chongqing, Xi' an, Zhengzhou, Zibo and Jinan, who have participated in a total of 86 events.

It is also worth mentioning that, at this world championships, the team members from Guangzhou have participated in 35 events, winning 14 gold medals, 8 silver medals and 3 bronze medals while breaking 2 world records for jump rope. Zhang Chongyang has successfully defended his title of "World Jump Rope Master", while Xie Kaiyu and Cen Xiaolin became the new "World Jump Rope Masters".

2023年世界跳绳锦标赛上，广州少年摘下14枚金牌

2023年世界跳绳锦标赛于美国当地时间7月23日在美国科罗拉多圆满落幕，中国跳绳国家队频传佳绩，4破纪录，斩获20金11银5铜！其中，来自广州花都的国家队队员揽下14金8银3铜，破两项世界纪录。

中国跳绳国家队4次打破世界纪录，分别来自于岑小林、唐颢凡、谢凯宇、张崇杨——4×30秒交互绳接力900次；岑小林、谢凯宇、张崇杨——60秒交互绳速度464次；杜婷婷——3分钟单摇跳预赛1028次，决赛1042次。

据悉，本次比赛是国际跳绳联合会成立以来举办的首场线下世界跳绳锦标赛，也是世界跳绳锦标赛历史上规模最大、参赛范围最广的比赛，是世界最高水平的跳绳盛会。全球27个国家和地区1200余名运动员、230余名裁判员、250余名教练员参加。中国国家跳绳代表队由来自广州、深圳、昆明、重庆、西安、郑州、淄博和济南的21名运动员组成，共参加了86个比赛项目。

值得一提的是，在本次世锦赛上，来自广州花都的中国跳绳国家队队员参加了35个项目比赛，一举夺得14金8银3铜，并打破2项世界跳绳纪录，张崇杨成功卫冕世界跳绳大师，谢凯宇、岑小林成为新晋世界跳绳大师。
