A carnival for animation lovers is now being held in Dongguan, Guangdong. At the 13th China International Animation Copyright Fair (ACTIF2023) held from 20 to 23 July, animation lovers will see their favourite animation characters embodied in designer toys. Dongguan is officially designated as"the city of art toys in China" at ACTIF2023, becoming the only city in China with this title.
