On July 4, reporters visited China's first air-ground collaborative smart logistics center, the Fengyi Bao'an Low-Altitude Smart Logistics Operation Center. Midway through the tour, two PW. Orca drones landed smoothly on the apron, delivering dozens of cups of coffee to those present. Developed in-house, the PW. Orca has a maximum payload of 15 kilograms and a range of up to 100 kilometers. At present, the drone completes 20 to 30 flights per day, and a single station processes more than a thousand parcels daily.

Compared with ground transportation, drone logistics offer marked advantages. During the spring tea harvest in Guizhou, motorcycle delivery down the mountain used to take a bumpy hour; drones now complete the trip in three minutes, with virtually no damage. The air distance between Shenzhen and Zhongshan is 77 kilometers. The PW. Orca can make the direct cross-city trip in 40 to 45 minutes, while road transport during peak hours takes about two and a half hours.

To date, the center has completed a cumulative total of 1.54 million drone logistics flights and opened 1,695 delivery routes. Leveraging drone and autonomous vehicle relay, Fengyi has achieved an average daily delivery volume exceeding 20,000 orders across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), with over a thousand drone flights per day.

Medical transport is currently one of the most mature use cases. By the end of 2024, nearly 40 medical institutions had used Fengyi's drones to transport blood, testing samples and emergency medicines. Shenzhen Bao'an Blood Center, for example, has more than doubled its delivery efficiency using drone blood transport. The drones are also deployed in emergency rescue, scenic area delivery, anchorage deliveries, and more. The company's drone models have been deployed in over 20 overseas cities.

一天送货2万单！大湾区无人机物流航线已开通1695条

7月4日，记者探访全国首个空地协同智慧物流运营中心——丰翼宝安低空智慧物流运营中心。采访中途，两架虎鲸无人机相继平稳地落在场坪的起降位上，为在场人员送来数十杯咖啡。据介绍，这款虎鲸机型由公司自主研发，最大载重15公斤，最远可飞100公里；目前每天飞行20-30趟，单个站点日均处理1000余票件。

相较于地面运输，无人机的空中物流优势显著。在贵州春茶采摘季，摩托车运茶下山需颠簸约1小时，而无人机3分钟即可送达，并且几乎没有损耗。深圳至中山空中距离77公里，虎鲸无人机可在40-45分钟内跨城直达，公路运输高峰期则需约两个半小时。

截至目前，中心累计完成无人机物流飞行154万架次，开通航线1695条。依托无人机与无人车接驳，丰翼在大湾区的日均配送量已突破2万单、日均飞行上千架次。

据悉，医疗运输是眼下最成熟的场景之一。截至2024年底，近40家医疗机构借助丰翼无人机空运血液、检测样本和急救药品。宝安区中心血站用无人机送血，时效提升两倍以上。此外，无人机还应用于应急救援、景区配送、锚地投递等场景，相关机型已进入20多个海外城市。
