City Life | Who says workouts need a gym? On Baiyun Mountain, fitness meets volunteering in a refreshing new way. Picking up litter becomes stretching and squatting, while planting trees turns into a natural strength workout—transforming a three-hour eco activity into a full-body fitness session.

With over 95% forest coverage, the mountain feels like a natural “oxygen bar,” where every breath is fresh and revitalizing. The scenic area also features themed workout zones and challenge spaces, with more than 30 fitness facilities. Blending environmental protection with wellness, this “forest gym” is turning nature into an accessible, feel-good fitness space for all.

谁说健身一定要去健身房？白云山最近把公益劳动玩出了新高度！

捡垃圾=深蹲+拉伸，种树=核心训练……这场3小时的“爱绿护绿”志愿服务，直接化身“免费团课”。在负氧离子爆表的天然氧吧里，弯腰拾捡温和拉伸脊柱，蹲姿拾取唤醒臀大肌，不知不觉就把有氧、力量、拉伸全练了。

白云山绿化覆盖率95%以上，核心区负氧离子每立方厘米超10000个，在这里每一次呼吸都是“肺部SPA”。

景区还打造了森林练功房、挑战场、营造队等四大板块，配套30多件健身器材。从“被动健身”到“主动共建”，这座城央“森林健身房”，正在让绿水青山变成人人可得的健康红利！
