At around 10:40 a.m. Milan time on April 6th, Karem, the Milan hotel receptionist at the center of the viral "Crispy Candy Cross-Border Relay" story, departed for China with Chinese vlogger Han Lifeng, embarking on a long-anticipated journey. What began as an online interaction sparked by a piece of candy will now turn into a five-day on-the-ground exploration of Guangdong goods.

A carefully preserved candy wrapper, a journey spanning mountains and seas, and a heartwarming relay that captured the internet have together created a touching story of people-to-people exchange between China and Italy in the spring of 2026. From a hotel front desk in Milan to widespread online discussion and now to an upcoming field visit to the Greater Bay Area(GBA), the little crispy candy from Guangdong has not only sweetened the journey of a foreign friend but also become a vivid symbol of "Guangdong Goods Global Reach" and Chinese culture reaching wider international audiences.

From April 8th to 12th, Karem and two bloggers will visit the three GBA cities of Dongguan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen for an immersive experience of Guangdong goods. As the first stop and the place where the story originated, Dongguan will be a highlight. Karem and his companions will step inside the production plant of Hsu Fu Chi to witness the entire process of making crispy candies, from raw ingredients to sugar pulling, shaping, and final packaging. The visit will offer a close-up view of how traditional craftsmanship blends with modern smart manufacturing.

In Guangzhou, a millennium-old commercial hub, from the Lingnan charm of Yongqing Fang to the artistic vibe of Yangcheng Creative Industry Park, Karem will appreciate profound Cantonese culture amidst the intertwining of tradition and modernity, enjoy Cantonese tea and local delicacies, and feel the openness and inclusiveness of Guangzhou as an international metropolis. 

In Shenzhen, known as China's innovation hub, the group will visit leading technology and innovation sites to experience the vitality of emerging industries such as smart technology and the low-altitude economy. By touring urban landmarks and innovation platforms, they will witness China's speed and the Shenzhen miracle, gaining a deeper understanding of the strong innovation momentum and global outlook of the GBA.

4月6日，意大利米兰当地时间10时40分许，“酥心糖跨国接力”事件主角——米兰小哥Karem与接力博主韩立丰搭乘航班，向着心心念念的中国出发。这场始于一颗糖果的奇妙缘分，今日将从线上互动落地为线下实探，开启一场为期5天的广货文化探寻之旅。

8日至12日，米兰小哥Karem将与两位博主一同走进东莞、广州、深圳三座粤港澳大湾区城市，开启沉浸式广货体验之旅。作为此次行程的首站与缘起之地，东莞将成为重头戏。Karem与两位博主将走进徐福记生产车间，亲眼见证一颗酥心糖从原料、拉糖、成型到包装的全流程，近距离感受传统工艺与现代智造的完美融合。

在千年商都广州，从永庆坊的岭南古韵，到羊城创意产业园的文艺气息，米兰小哥将在传统与现代的交织中，读懂广府文化的深厚底蕴，品味粤式茶饮与地道美食，感受广州作为国际大都市的开放与包容。

在创新之都深圳，一行人将深入科创前沿，感受智能科技、低空经济等新兴产业的活力，探访城市地标与创新载体，目睹中国速度与深圳奇迹，体会粤港澳大湾区强劲的创新脉搏与国际化气质。
