When ZXMOTO claimed victory at the World Superbike Championship (WSBK) in Portugal with a lead of nearly four seconds, breaking decades ofdominance by European, American and Japanese brands such as Ducati and Yamaha,   the LS2 logo from Heshan, Jiangmen on the champion rider's helmet, together with the marks of "Made in Jiangmen" on exhaust pipes and engine cylinders, has drawn widespread attention from motorcycle enthusiasts around the world.

The story of Jiangmen's motorcycle industry goingglobal is no longer a solo effort by a single enterprise. The Jiangmen motorcycle cluster, known as the "Seven Warriors"—Dachangjiang, TAYO, Summit Motor, Jianya, Zhenghao, Changhua and Pengcheng—is   far from a loose collection of firms, but boasts a "30-minute supply chain radius." Once a complete motorcycle manufacturer places an order, every part from a single screw to a complete engine can be delivered to the production line within   30 minutes. Jiangmen is home to more than 110 motorcycle enterprises above the designated size, forming a complete industrial chain from upstream core components to downstream sales and maintenance services. In Duruan   Town, Pengjiang District, known as the"motorcycle town," over 1,000 motorcycle-related enterprises are clustered in an 80-square-kilometer area, enabling a complete motorcycle to be produced without leaving the town.

The cluster continues to produce hidden champions: Tayo Motor invests more than 100 million yuan in research and development annually and holds 256 patents; Chaoyang Precision spent five years developingmultiple core   technologies for ceramic cylinder production. Every breakthrough in the industrial chain strengthens their confidence in expanding overseas.

In 2025, the total industrial output value of enterprises above the designated size in Jiangmen's motorcycle industrial chain reached 41.81 billion yuan, with an output of 5.43 million complete motorcycles. Jiangmen's motorcycle exports of complete   vehicles and parts exceeded 21 billion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 30.7% in the past three years, and its products are sold to more than 80 countries and regions. According to Jiangmen Customs, in the first two months of this   year, Jiangmen's motorcycle exports reached 3.26 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.4%, with Africa, Latin America and the Middle East accounting for 90% of the total export share.

“七剑客”闯全球：江门摩托的500亿征途

当张雪机车在世界超级摩托车锦标赛葡萄牙站以近4秒优势夺冠，打破杜卡迪、雅马哈等欧美日品牌长达数十年的垄断时，冠军车手头盔上那个来自江门鹤山的LS2标志，与排气管、发动机气缸上“江门制造”的印记一同，被全球机车爱好者的目光反复凝视。

江门摩托的出海故事早已不是某一家企业的单打独斗——大长江、大冶、珠峰、建雅、正豪、长华、鹏程，这“七剑客”组成的江门摩托军团不是散兵游勇，而是一个“半小时配套圈”——整车厂下个单，半小时内，从一颗螺丝到一台发动机，全部能送到生产线。在江门，规上摩托车企业超110家，形成了从上游关键核心部件到下游销售配修市场的完整产业链。在“摩托小镇”蓬江区杜阮镇，80平方公里辖区内聚集了超1000家摩托车相关企业，“足不出镇”即可生产一台摩托车。

这个军团还在不断涌现“隐形冠军”：大冶摩托每年研发投入超1亿元，手握256项专利；朝扬精密“闭关5年”攻克了多项陶瓷气缸生产的核心技术……产业链上每一环的突破，都在为“七剑客”组团出海注入新的底气。

2025年，江门摩托车产业链规上工业总产值达到418.09亿元，整车产量543.38万辆，摩托车及零配件出口额突破210亿元。近三年出口额年均增长高达30.7%，产品遍布80多个国家和地区。据江门海关统计，今年前2个月，江门摩托车出口32.6亿元，同比增长32.4%，非洲、拉美、中东占出口份额的九成。
