Notably, the exhaust pipe (muffler) of the 820RR-RS racing motorcycle is produced by Jiangmen Ruiyue Industrial Co., Ltd. The company is a long-term partner of multiple internationally renowned motorcycle tuning brands, with its products highly sought after in Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and the domestic market. Furthermore, the 819cc inline three-cylinder engine used in the motorcycle features electroplated ceramic cylinder technology provided by Jiangmen Chaoyang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company is currently a leading domestic enterprise in electroplated ceramic cylinder technology for motorcycle engines, with its innovations widely applied in large-displacement motorcycles.

The LS2 helmet worn by the champion rider during the race is also "Made in Jiangmen." As a proprietary high-end brand under Jiangmen Pengcheng Helmets Co., Ltd., LS2 boasts exceptional quality that has met rigorous global certification standards, including those of the FIM. In recent years, the brand has become a long-term equipment sponsor for top-tier international racing events, including MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, and WSBK. During the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, helmets from this brand were also selected as competition gear by the bobsleigh teams of Switzerland, Austria, and Romania.

The breakthrough technology empowering the motorcycle's ultimate straight-line sprints comes from Foshan: the engine of the 820RR-RS is equipped with TiAl (titanium aluminide) alloy valves independently developed by Jihua Laboratory. Crafted from intermetallic compounds, these TiAl alloy valves combine the comprehensive advantages of extreme lightness, superior high-temperature resistance, and ultra-high operational precision compared with similar foreign products. Deeply engaged in the field of TiAl alloy materials, the Jihua Laboratory team has successfully developed three new types of TiAl alloys with different compositions. They have achieved technological breakthroughs in mass-production techniques, including one-step melting and casting for small-sized TiAl ingots and hot extrusion for ultra-fine-stem TiAl valves. Reaching an internationally advanced technical level, these innovations mark the first engineering application of a domestically produced TiAl alloy valve component. Today, the application value of this cutting-edge material has expanded far beyond the racetrack, extending into multiple fields such as high-performance civilian vehicles, aerospace, and the low-altitude economy.

张雪机车打破垄断一战封神背后，这些王牌助力都是“广货”

连日来，“张雪机车”线上线下收获空前关注度。这份赛场荣光的背后，少不了“广货”的助力。冠军战车的不少关键零部件及技术，都闪耀着“广东制造”的璀璨身影。

其中，820RR-RS赛车的排气管（消声器）由江门市瑞跃实业有限公司生产。公司是多个国际知名摩托车改装品牌的长期合作伙伴，产品畅销欧美、日韩、东南亚和国内市场；赛车使用的819CC直列三缸发动机，其缸体采用的电镀陶瓷缸体技术，来源于江门市朝扬精密制造有限公司的支持。该公司目前是国内摩托车发动机电镀陶瓷气缸技术的领军企业，其技术广泛应用于大排量摩托车。

冠军车手在比赛中佩戴的LS2头盔也是“江门造”。该产品是江门市鹏程头盔有限公司旗下自主高端品牌，其过硬品质通过FIM等全球严苛认证，近年来成为MotoGP、Moto2、Moto3、WSBK等国际顶级赛事的长期赞助装备。2022年北京冬奥会期间，其还被瑞士、奥地利、罗马尼亚雪车队选用为参赛用盔。

而支撑直道极致冲刺的硬核科技来自佛山——820RR-RS赛车发动机搭载了季华实验室自研的TiAl合金气门。据了解，这款TiAl合金气门由金属间化合物打造，和国外同类产品相比，兼具极致轻量化、超强耐高温与超高运转精度的综合优势。团队深耕TiAl合金材料领域，成功研制出三种成分的新型钛铝合金，突破小尺寸钛铝铸棒一次熔炼铸造和超细杆径钛铝气门热挤压的批量制备技术，达到国际先进水平，实现首例国产钛铝合金气门部件的工程应用。如今，这款“黑科技”材料的应用价值早已突破赛道，正向民用高性能车辆、航空航天、低空经济等多领域延伸。
