On March 21st, the Promotion Meeting on the Construction of the Low-Altitude Medical Rescue System in Guangzhou was held at the Haixinsha Omni-space Intelligent Experience Center. At the event, the list of Guangdong's designated hospitals within the low-altitude medical rescue network and the pricing framework for such services were released: transport by single-engine helicopters costs about 15,000 yuan per flight hour, while that by twin-engine helicopters costs over 60,000 yuan per flight hour.

After a patient or their family initiates a request through the 120 emergency system, the command center will issue instructions immediately. Hospitals, aviation bases and third-party teams will work in seamless coordination to synchronize patient information and transport needs.

Data shows that Guangzhou conducted a total of 14 air medical transportation services in 2025, four times the annual average of previous years. Low-altitude medical rescue is gradually shifting from a "supplementary measure" to an "important option".

Guangzhou has basically built a "one-hour low-altitude medical rescue circle" under the "1+1+1+17+N" framework, namely: one aviation medical rescue base (The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University), one joint training base for aviation medical rescue (co-built by Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital, Guangzhou Emergency Medical Command Center and the Police Aviation Division of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau), one aviation medical rescue command center (Guangzhou Emergency Medical Command Center), 17 top-tier hospitals in Guangzhou equipped with helicopter landing pads, and N (currently 65) medical institutions across Guangdong Province with helicopter takeoff and landing sites.

广州公布空中急救价目表

3月21日，广州地区低空医疗救援体系建设推进会在海心沙亚运公园内的全空间智能体验中心召开，现场公布了全省低空医疗救援网络医院名单及低空救援价格体系——单发动机直升机转运约1.5万元/航时，双发动机逾6万元/航时。

据介绍，患者或家属通过120系统发起求助后，指挥中心会第一时间下达指令，医院、航空基地及第三方团队实现“三方联动”，同步对接患者信息与转运需求。

数据显示，2025年广州地区累计开展航空医疗转运14次，是历年平均水平的4倍，低空医疗救援正从“补充手段”逐步走向“重要选项”。

广州已基本建成“1+1+1+17+N”的“1小时低空医疗救援圈”，即：1个航空医疗救援基地（广州医科大学附属第一医院），1个航空医疗救援联合培训基地（由广州市红十字会医院、广州市急救医疗指挥中心、广州市公安局警务航空支队共建），1个航空医疗救援指挥中心（广州市急救医疗指挥中心），17家广州地区拥有直升机停机坪的高水平医院和N（目前为65）家广东省设有直升机起降点的医疗机构。
