On March 17, the launch event for “Heroic Flowers Bloom in a Heroic City: Guangzhou Restaurant’s 2026 Lingnan Kapok Banquet” was held at the Wenchang flagship store of Guangzhou Restaurant · Cantonese Cuisine Museum. The newly unveiled banquet features 17 dishes, including six signature courses inspired by seasonal ingredients and kapok themes. The menu blends Lingnan wellness traditions, Cantonese culinary craftsmanship, and refined Chinese aesthetics, offering a distinctive seasonal dining experience.
