"2025 holds special significance for China-Vietnam ties, marking both the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries and the China-Vietnam Year of People-to-People Exchanges," said Pham Thanh Binh, Ambassador of Vietnam to China. Earlier this year, during the Spring Festival, he extended Spring Festival greetings and best wishes to the editorial team of the magazine "Hoa Sen" and readers in both countries, adding that: "May the traditional China-Vietnam bondas 'comrades and brothers' grow ever closer and stronger."

When representatives from Vietnam's mainstream media, online influencers and historians leafed through "Hoa Sen", a magazine jointly produced by China and Vietnam, the scene offered a vivid illustration of the enduring friendship between the two countries. On December 24th, participants in the China-Viet Nam 2025 Media Tour visited Guangxi Radio and Television, where media professionals from both sides engaged in professional exchanges.

Guangxi Radio and Television currently operates six radio frequencies and eight television channels. Among them, Beibu Bay Radio, which focuses on international communication, drew particular attention from Vietnamese media professionals. Hearing familiar Vietnamese broadcasts on the airwaves, Nguyễn Thúy Thúy, head of the Literature, Arts, and Music Department of the Voice of Vietnam Radio, said with excitement: "I can provide more programs."

Gu Jingsong, deputy director of Beibu Bay Radio of Guangxi Radio and Television, said that the platform has evolved from a single radio frequency into a comprehensive international communication platform integrating broadcasting, magazines and overseas bureaus. "Take this magazine, 'Hoa Sen', for example," he said. "Since 2012, it has been jointly published by Guangxi Radio and Television and the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Centerin Vietnam. It is the only Chinese-Vietnamese bilingual magazine jointly run by media organizations from the two countries and publicly distributed in China and Vietnam."

As "one magazine for two countries", the publication focuses on the lives of Vietnamese students in China, Vietnamese residents in Guangxi, and the social changes and development in both countries, serving as a bridge to foster people-to-people connectivity between China and Vietnam. Meanwhile, film and television programs broadcast in multiple languages offer Vietnamese audiences another window into China.

The China-ASEAN Translation and Dubbing Center established by Guangxi Radio and Television has set up overseas translation and dubbing centers in Laos and Myanmar. In cooperation with the National Television of Cambodia, Lao National Television, Myanmar Radio and Television and Vietnam Digital Television, it has launched television columns titled "China TV Showcase", "Chinese TV Dramas" and "Chinese Animation". Each year, about 1,000 episodes of Chinese TV dramas, animated series and documentaries are dubbed and broadcast.

After touring the international-standard immersive audio dubbing studios at the center, Lê Gia Hoàng, a director of Vietnam Television, said: "If I had to describe this place in one word, it would be 'professional'. Personally, I believe China and Vietnam still have many projects to explore together, especially in the cultural field. I hope there will be more opportunities for media exchanges to tap the potential for cooperation."

从《荷花》绽放处，听见中越合作新声丨中越友好采风行

“2025年对越中关系具有特殊意义，既是两国建交75周年，也是越中人文交流年。”今年新春之际，越南驻华大使范清平向《荷花》杂志编辑部及中越读者致以新春问候和祝福，“祝越中‘同志加兄弟’传统友好关系更加密切牢固！”

越南主流媒体代表、网络知名人士与历史学者一行翻阅起中越合办的《荷花》杂志，这便是这份友好关系的生动写照。12月24日，2025中越友好采风团来到广西广播电视台，两国媒体展开专业交流。

据悉，广西广播电视台现办有6套广播频率及8个电视频道。其中，专注对外传播的北部湾之声吸引了一众越南媒体人的注意。听到熟悉的越南语自广播播出，越南之声广播电台文艺音乐部负责人阮翠翠（Nguyễn Thúy Thúy）激动地表示：“我可以提供更多的节目！”

广西广播电视台北部湾之声副总监顾景淞介绍，北部湾之声已从单一的广播频率，发展成集广播、期刊、驻外工作站等为一体的对外传播平台。“像我手上这本《荷花》杂志，2012年起由广西广播电视台与越南广宁省传媒中心合办。这是我国唯一一本由中越媒体合办、在两国公开发行的中越双语期刊。”

这本“两国一刊”关注越南留学生的生活、在桂越南人的生活，以及中越的变化发展等，成为促进中越民心相通的桥梁和纽带。以多语种播出的影视作品，则是越南民众了解中国的另一扇窗口。

广西广播电视台建设的中国一东盟译制中心，外设老挝译制站、缅甸译制站，与柬埔寨国家电视台、老挝国家电视台、缅甸国家广播电视台、越南数字电视台开设电视栏目《中国剧场》《中国电视剧》《中国动漫》，每年译制生产播出中国影视剧、动漫、纪录片约1000集。

参观完译制中心的国际标准全景声译配录音棚后，越南国家电视台导演黎嘉黄（Lê Gia Hoàng）表示，“如果要用一个词来形容这里，我会选择‘专业’。我个人认为越南和中国还有许多项目可合作，特别是在文化领域。我希望有更多媒体交流的机会，发掘合作的可能性。”
