On December 17, co-organized by Zhuhai, Yangjiang and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the 2025 "Million Talents Gathering in South Guangdong" N-City Joint Autumn Recruitment Campaign concluded after its final stop at universities in Hunan and Jiangxi.

With China expecting 12.22 million college graduates this year, Guangdong, as a leading economic province, has proactively shouldered the responsibility of stabilizing employment by leveraging the "Million Talents Gathering in South Guangdong" action plan as a key initiative to enable over one million college graduates to work and start businesses in Guangdong throughout the year. This means that one out of every twelve college graduates in China chooses to build their careers in South Guangdong.

At the various recruitment fairs, Guangdong's "Campus Recruitment Dream Team" lineup dazzled attendees. State-owned enterprise giants took center stage, Fortune Global 500 companies gathered in force, and high-level scientific research platforms made prominent appearances, collectively offering high-quality positions spanning cutting-edge fields such as AI, integrated circuits, and new energy. The data attests to the strong momentum of this two-way pursuit of opportunity. Across both online and offline autumn recruitment activities, there were more than 15,000 participating employers, over 300,000 resumes submitted, and more than 200,000 on-site job seekers.

A competitive salary emerged as one of the most striking features of this autumn recruitment, vividly demonstrating Guangdong's sincerity in "paying for value." In the various sessions, over 30% of positions offered annual salaries exceeding 200,000 yuan and as many as 27,000 positions offered annual salaries of 500,000 yuan or more, with many reaching into the million-yuan range.
Shi Zhe, who pursued his master's and doctoral studies in the United States and came to Guangdong from Beijing in 2020, added that the wave of digital and intelligent transformation in Guangdong's manufacturing sector is surging, and this is the ideal stage for him to apply his professional expertise. At Foxconn, he has been dedicated to advancing work at the "Lighthouse Factory." His journey toward achieving his dreams has become a vivid example for many technically oriented graduates choosing their careers.
N城联动绘就揽才盛景,南粤筑巢引百万英才逐梦
12月17日,随着珠海、阳江及横琴粤澳深度合作区在湘赣高校的最后一场招聘活动圆满落下帷幕,“百万英才汇南粤”2025年N城联动秋季招聘活动正式为这场横跨秋夏的揽才盛会画上了完美句点。
今年中国应届高校毕业生规模达1222万人,作为经济大省,广东主动扛起稳就业的责任,以“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划为重要抓手,实现超100万高校毕业生留粤来粤就业创业的全年目标。这意味着,中国每12名高校毕业生中,就有1人选择在南粤大地书写人生华章。
各地招聘专场中,广东“校招天团”的豪华阵容惊艳全场。国企巨头坐镇,世界500强企业齐聚,高能级科研平台亮相,共同带来涵盖人工智能、集成电路、新能源等前沿领域的优质岗位。数据见证这场双向奔赴的热度:此次秋招线上线下累计吸引参聘单位超1.5万家次,收获简历超30万份,现场求职人数逾20万人次。
高薪酬成为此次秋招最亮眼的标签之一,尽显广东“以价值回报价值”的引才诚意。各场次招聘中,超30%岗位年薪突破20万元,年薪50万元以上乃至百万年薪的岗位更是多达2.7万个。
