The Game Awards 2025 announced its winners on December 12th (Beijing time). The open-world action game "Wuthering Waves", developed and published by Kuro Games in Guangzhou, won the Players' Voice Award, becoming another Chinese title to earn the honor after "Black Myth: Wukong".

It is worth noting that in 2024, "Wuthering Waves" was nominated for both Best Mobile Game and the Players' Voice Award at TGA. Regarding this award in 2025, a representative from Kuro Games said that the team will continue striving to deliver better gameplay and content for players worldwide, and expressed hope that more Chinese games will be recognized and loved by global players.

"Wuthering Waves" is a cross-platform open-world action game that has achieved remarkable global success since its official public beta launch in 2024. It topped the App Store free charts in 107 countries and regions and entered the top ten of many best-seller charts. With strong storytelling and character design, ongoing technical innovation, and stable global operations, the game has received multiple major awards both at home and abroad for its achievements in technical innovation, narrative, visuals, audio, and player popularity. In November 2025, "Wuthering Waves" won Google Play's Best Ongoing Game. Its character theme song "Against the Tide", featuring Katya, received the Hollywood Music in Media Awards for Best Video Game Song (Console and PC). In December, the game also received the Partner Award and Users' Choice Award at the PlayStation Partner Awards 2025.

A Kuro Games representative told reporters that the growing recognition from global players owes much to Guangdong Province's increasingly supportive gaming industry environment. In September 2025, "Wuthering Waves" was selected as one of the 2025 Guangdong Original Online Game Excellence Projects.

《鸣潮》斩获TGA2025玩家之声奖

TGA2025（The Game Awards）于北京时间2025年12月12日公布了今年获奖情况，由广州库洛游戏研发并发行的开放世界动作游戏《鸣潮》斩获了玩家之声奖项。这是继《黑神话：悟空》后又一中国游戏获得该奖。

值得一提的是，在2024年，《鸣潮》就已获得了TGA年度最佳移动游戏和玩家之声两个奖项的提名。对于本次获奖，库洛游戏相关负责人表示，《鸣潮》将在未来继续努力为玩家带来更好的游戏体验与内容，也希望越来越多的中国游戏能够被全球玩家认识与喜爱。

《鸣潮》是一款跨平台开放世界动作游戏，游戏自2024年正式公测上线后迅速在全球107个国家和地区的App Store免费榜上登顶，并强势进入全球多地畅销榜前十。《鸣潮》凭借优秀的游戏剧情及角色塑造、持续的游戏技术创新及稳定的游戏发行运营，在技术创新、剧情、视觉、音频、玩家喜爱度等方面斩获了多项国内外重量级奖项。今年11月，《鸣潮》获GooglePlay年度最佳持续运营奖，此外，游戏内角色“卡提希娅”的主题EP歌曲《Against The Tide》获好莱坞音乐传媒奖2025年度电子游戏歌曲(主机和PC)。12月，《鸣潮》在PlayStation Partner Awards 2025评选中获合作伙伴奖以及玩家选择奖。

《鸣潮》相关负责人告诉记者，能得到全球玩家市场认可，有赖于广东省愈发浓郁的游戏产业氛围。今年9月，《鸣潮》入围2025年度广东原创网络游戏精品奖励项目。
