From December 27th to 28th, Guangdong's large-scale autumn season recruitment fair, part of the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative, will open at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in the city's Futian district. As the province's highest-profile, most resource-intensive recruitment event of the year, it brings together talent resources from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. More than 1,200 key employers will offer over 50,000 high-quality positions, many with annual salaries exceeding 500,000 yuan, inviting talent from China and abroad.

The lineup of on-site top employers is impressive, spanning Fortune Global 500 companies, leading tech enterprises, central and local state-owned enterprises, as well as grade A tertiary hospitals. Recruitment focuses on strategic emerging industries such as advanced manufacturing and AI. Positions for high-level PhD and postdoctoral talent offer highly competitive salary packages.

For the first time, the fair will feature a "Chain Master Enterprises Zone," where industry leaders such as Huawei and BYD will work with their upstream and downstream partners to recruit as a group. Tencent will also consolidate its business groups and ecosystem companies to conduct integrated recruitment, enabling job seekers to access supply-chain opportunities in a "one-stop" manner. Huawei, Tencent and others will also release internship programs for graduates of the class of 2027 to build pipelines of young talent.

The fair will go beyond traditional recruitment models by creating an integrated experience that combines job matching, industry showcases and cultural activities. It will feature highlights from Hong Kong, Macao and all 21 cities in Guangdong, including local characteristics, industrial clusters, technological achievements and cultural ecosystems. These displays complement the recruitment zones, allowing job seekers to experience Guangdong's industrial dynamism and cultural appeal while seeking opportunities. Among them, the "Robot Performance Showcase" will bring together cutting-edge robotic products from across the province to present dances, martial arts and musical performances.

A dedicated "APEC Talent Matching Service Zone" will also be set up, leveraging the 2026 APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting to offer tailored matching services for foreign-invested enterprises, Chinese enterprises and domestic and international talent. The fair will also feature APEC-themed interactions and university alumni networking activities. Graduates who pre-register can enjoy 15 days of free accommodation in Shenzhen, further enhancing the overall job-seeking experience.

南粤引才再放大招！1200家“名企天团”现场揽才

12月27日至28日，“百万英才汇南粤”秋季大型综合招聘会将在深圳会展中心（福田）启幕。作为全省年末规格最高、资源最集中的招才盛会，本次招聘会汇聚粤港澳三地资源，超1200家重点用人单位携超5万个优质岗位揽才，众多岗位年薪超50万元，向海内外英才发出邀约。
