On November 1st, coinciding with Shenzhen Talent Day and Entrepreneurs' Day, the inaugural Huaqiangbei Makers' Conference was held. The event announced November 1st as "Huaqiangbei Makers' Day" and extended an invitation to makers worldwide: "Once You Come, You Are a Huaqiangbei Maker."

During the conference, Huaqiangbei's main thoroughfare was transformed into a "Makers & Enterprises Avenue", showcasing local listed companies and specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products. The banner reading "Welcome, Respect, and Salute Every Maker" reflected the district's unique maker culture. Huaqiangbei's development is an innovation story jointly written by engineers and makers. From central enterprises pioneering the field and start-ups with "one-meter counters" to its current role as a cradle of new-quality productive forces, each leap forward stems from the synergy between engineering talent and a market-oriented ecosystem.

At the venue, local maker Wu Qilin shared the growth story of "Elephant Robotics", while Dutch maker Henk Werner recounted how his accelerator connects global makers. The embodied robot "Xiao Bei", speaking as an "AI Maker in Huaqiangbei", introduced the district's vibrant market and well-developed support system, resonating with the audience. Reportedly, Huaqiangbei has spawned over a thousand world-famous enterprises, earning its name as a true "paradise for makers".

The conference also introduced a "Three-fold Package for Makers", reflecting the philosophy of "investing in things and investing in people." First, a team of 200 distinguished mentors was established to provide full-cycle entrepreneurial support and resource matching. Second, policies covering eleven areas were implemented to address makers' pressing needs, including space, housing, and finance. Third, the "Laboratory of Academician Ma Xin" was established, in partnership with the Laboratory of Digital Economy, Shenzhen University, to empower industrial innovation in frontier fields.

Currently, the Huaqiangbei business district generates over 400 billion yuan in annual revenue, serving clients in 183 countries and regions. It brings together full-chain service resources spanning R&D, production, and finance. By fostering a "boundary-free maker community", the district facilitates the communication of innovation and provides global makers with end-to-end support from idea incubation to global market expansion.

机器人创客与中外创客齐聚！首届华强北创客大会启幕

11月1日，恰逢深圳人才日与企业家日，首届华强北创客大会召开，现场宣布每年11月1日为“华强北创客日”，并向全球创客发出“来了就是华强北创客”的邀请。

大会期间，华强北主街变身“创客企业大道”，展示当地上市公司、专精特新企业等风采，“欢迎、尊重、致敬每一个创客”的标语彰显独特创客文化。华强北的发展，是工程师与创客共同书写的创新史：从央企开荒、“一米柜台”创业，到如今成为新质生产力策源地，每一步跨越都源于工程师红利与市场化沃土的结合。

现场，本土创客伍祁林分享大象机器人成长历程，荷兰创客亨克·维尔纳讲述其加速器链接全球创客的故事。具身机器人“小北”以“华强北AI创客”身份发言，推介当地活力市场与完善配套，引发全场共鸣。据悉，华强北已走出千余家世界知名企业，是名副其实的“全球创客天堂”。

大会发布“创客三重礼包”，践行“投资于物，投资于人”理念。一是组建200名重量级导师团队，提供全生命周期创业支持与资源对接；二是推出政策礼包，覆盖场地、住房、金融等十一项创客急需的专属支持；三是揭牌“马昕院士实验室”，联合深圳大学数字经济实验室，聚焦前沿领域赋能产业。

目前，华强北商圈年营收破4000亿元，辐射183个国家和地区，集聚研发、生产、金融等全链条服务资源，以全域无界创客社区推动创新要素自由流动，为全球创客提供从创意到出海的全流程支持。
