On October 31st, the Organizing Committee of the 15th National Games unveiled the torch relay emblem named "Spirit of the Sea Flame". Serving as the spiritual symbol of the torch relay, it embodies the spiritual core and cultural depth of the event. From bottom to top, the overall design is composed of three distinct layers: sea waves, the Chinese white dolphin, and the flame, together sketching a picture of vitality and hope.

At the very base of the emblem, the smooth and dynamic waves not only represent the vastness and depth of the ocean but also embody the maritime geographical advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), an important node on the Maritime Silk Road, along with its ambition to thrive through maritime development. Furthermore, they symbolize the surging sporting spirit, inspiring athletes to strive for excellence and surpass themselves.

At the center of the emblem, the Chinese white dolphin serves as the emblem's focal point. As a national first-class protected species and nicknamed "the giant panda of the sea" in the GBA, its agile and graceful posture reflects the Games' emphasis on ecological protection and conveys a vision of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. It symbolizes the green ecological concept, reminding people to respect nature and pursue sustainable development while pursuing athletic excellence.

At the top of the emblem, a flame dances above the sea. As the symbol of the Games' sacred flame, it represents brightness, hope, and strength. Unlike traditional designs where the flame originates from the sky or the earth, the flame here emerges from the deep sea, symbolizing the sacred flame as a deep-sea treasure that contains boundless energy. It bursts forth to illuminate the arenas, ignite athletes' passion and dreams, and reflect the vitality and enthusiasm of athletes from across China gathering to showcase their excellence.

十五运会火炬传递标志“海焰之灵”发布

十五运会组委会10月31日发布火炬传递标志——“海焰之灵”，该标志是火炬传递活动的灵魂象征，承载着赛事精神内核与文化底蕴，整体设计由下至上分为海浪、中华白海豚、火焰三部分，层次分明，勾勒出活力与希望的画卷。

标志最下方的海浪线条流畅动感，既代表海洋的广袤深邃，也象征举办地粤港澳大湾区作为海上丝绸之路重要节点的海洋地理优势与向海图强的雄心，更寓意体育精神奔涌向前，激励运动员奋勇拼搏、超越自我。

中间的中华白海豚是标志核心亮点，作为国家一级保护动物及粤港澳大湾区海域的“海上大熊猫”，其矫健优美的身姿体现了全运会对生态保护的重视，传递人与自然和谐共生的愿景，象征绿色生态理念，提醒人们在追求竞技的同时尊重自然、实现可持续发展。

最上方的火焰在海面舞动，作为全运会圣火的象征，代表光明、希望与力量。不同于传统圣火源自天空或大地的设计，此处火焰源自深海，寓意圣火如深海宝藏般蕴含无尽能量，喷薄而出照亮赛场，点燃运动员的激情与梦想，也象征全运会汇聚全国健儿共展风采的活力与热情。
