To welcome the upcoming 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (the National Games), the "All for the Games" promotional campaign and a special fitness walk in Haizhu District were launched on the morning of June 29th at the south plaza of Haixin Bridge in Guangzhou. Integrating elements of sports, culture, and tourism, the event marked a major initiative by Guangzhou, as the host city, to uphold a people-centered development approach and build momentum for the first-ever National Games jointly held by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The event also featured a creative gathering of popular cultural intellectual properties (IPs). The official mascots of the National Games, Xiyangyang and Lerongrong, made appearances to spread joy and blessings. Famous cartoon characters such as Pleasant Goat, Big Big Wolf, and Lazy Goat also joined the festivities, interacting closely with citizens. This not only drew enthusiastic public participation, but also demonstrated Guangzhou's strength as a major hub of China's animation and gaming industry. The event achieved a vibrant blend of sports and cultural IPs, enhancing its appeal and communication impact while showcasing the city's cultural soft power and spirit of innovation.

Looking ahead, Guangzhou will continue to roll out a diverse range of public sports events across communities, businesses, schools, squares, and rural areas to inspire participation from all sectors and garner greater support for the National Games. 为迎接今年在粤港澳大湾区举办的十五运会和残特奥会，6月29日上午，“全民迎全运”主题宣传启动仪式暨健步行海珠区专场活动，在广州市海心桥南广场拉开帷幕。此次活动融合体育、文化与旅游元素，是广州作为东道主，践行以人民为中心发展思想，为粤港澳大湾区首次联合举办的全运盛会预热的重要举措。
