On April 26th, the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" 2025 multi-city spring recruitment campaign launched in Chengdu, with over 200 Guangdong-based enterprises offering more than 18,000 high-quality jobs. 4月26日，“百万英才汇南粤”2025年N城联动春季招聘活动（成都站）启动。来自广东的200余家企业，为求职者提供优质岗位超1.8万个。此次招聘汇聚腾讯、比亚迪、中山大学等企事业单位，岗位覆盖技术研发、智能制造等多领域，学历要求涵盖大专至博士。部分岗位配套住宿、餐补及职业培训等福利，精准对接四川高校学科优势，促进人才与企业双向奔赴。

活动现场，招聘区划分现代产业、医药医疗、教育、实习岗位四大板块；“求职服务集市”提供职业指导、简历诊断等服务；企业路演现场揽才，助力供需高效匹配。不少企业提前抵蓉，根据当地人才情况调整招聘计划。

在“选择广东”的鼓舞下，来自凉山州的彝族大学生吉日为布，在当场就与企业签订了意向书。他激动地说道：“我的家乡在脱贫攻坚的时候就获得了来自广东的巨大帮助，因此我和广东缘分很深，我希望通过这个机会去广州工作”。

“鹏城实验室”的招聘展位上，来自格拉斯哥大学的博士后应聘者在与鹏城国家重点实验室的人才专员黄利交谈几分钟后，双方就“一拍即合”。

此次招聘并不仅仅是一场就业的双向奔赴，更是一个展现广东文化的窗口。活动突破传统招聘模式，设置路演推介、科技互动、非物质文化遗产体验等环节，现场气氛热烈，吸引众多求职者参与。
