On March 23rd, the 2025 Shantou Spring Recruitment Fair was officially launched as part of Guangdong's "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative. The fair attracted 231 enterprises and institutions, including Shantou's "chain owner" enterprises, manufacturing single-item champion enterprises, and specialized and sophisticated enterprises, offering a total of 2,657 high-quality positions. Among these, 377 positions offered an annual salary of over 200,000 yuan.

The fair featured two main sections: the "Enterprises Recruitment Zone" and the "Public Institutions Recruitment Zone". The Industrial Enterprises Recruitment Zone covered industries such as new energy, new materials, new generation information technology, and comprehensive health care services. The "Public Institutions Recruitment Zone" focused on attracting high-level talent, with 55 public institutions including Shantou Central Hospital and Shantou Jinshan Middle School, providing 631 positions.

A highlight of the fair was the 20 high-paying positions with annual salaries of over 1 million yuan, offered by the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College and Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Xu Xiaorong, the head of the Human Resources Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, stated, "These positions are mainly aimed at top-level talents with senior professional titles, outstanding research achievements, and academic influence in their fields. We hope they can lead disciplinary development."

In recent years, Shantou's cultural and tourism industry has continued to thrive, attracting a large number of tourists and inspiring many to consider settling in the city. Zhang Yachen, a second-year graduate student at South China Normal University, shared, "Two years ago, I visited Shantou as a tourist and was captivated by its unique arcade buildings and Chaoshan culture. I hope to find a job as a geography teacher and settle down here."

This year's spring recruitment fair introduced five innovative functional zones: a policy promotion area, an intangible cultural heritage experience area, an interactive photo zone, a comprehensive service area, and a live-streaming job recruitment zone. These zones showcased Shantou's industrial strengths, policy incentives, and cultural charm, aiming to enhance the sense of belonging among job seekers. Additionally, the fair featured a "University-Enterprise Collaboration Zone," bringing together 15 universities, including Huazhong Agricultural University, to build bridges for university-enterprise collaboration.

“百万英才汇南粤”汕头春招启动 释放求才若渴的“强信号”

3月23日，“百万英才汇南粤”2025年汕头市春季招聘会正式启动。本次招聘会吸引了汕头链主企业、制造业单项冠军企业、专精特新企业等231家企事业单位参与招聘活动，提供优质岗位2657个，其中，年薪20万元以上岗位有377个。

本次招聘会设“产业赋能主场”和“事业单位人才高地主场”。产业赋能主场涵盖新能源、新材料、新一代电子信息、大健康等行业。事业单位人才高地主场则聚焦高层次人才，汕头市中心医院、金山中学等55家事业单位提供631个岗位。

最受关注的是汕头大学医学院第一附属医院与广东以色列理工学院推出的20个年薪100万元以上岗位。汕头大学医学院第一附属医院人事科科长徐晓容表示：“这些岗位主要针对正高级职称、科研业绩突出、在专业领域有学术影响力的高端人才，希望他们能引领学科发展。”  

近年来，汕头文旅持续升温，吸引大量游客，也让不少人萌生扎根汕头的想法。华南师范大学研二学生张亚琛就是其中之一。他表示：“两年前我来汕头旅游，喜欢这里独特的骑楼建筑，也对潮汕文化很感兴趣，希望能找到一份地理老师的工作，在这里工作生活。”  

本次春招创新设置五大功能区，包括政策宣传区、非遗体验区、互动打卡区、综合服务区、直播带岗区，通过展示汕头的产业优势、政策诚意与文化魅力，提升求职者归属感。此外，招聘会还设“校企对接专区”，汇聚华中农业大学等15所院校，搭建校企合作桥梁。
