On March 17th, the Guangdong-produced film "Into the Mortal World" made its Japanese debut at the third Niigata International Animation Film Festival. As the only Guangdong animation launched by Winsing Animation at the Chinese Animation Sidebar, the film captivated audiences with its Oriental aesthetic and rich Chinese culture, serving as a standout example of "telling Chinese stories well" at the festival. The film was specially recommended by the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Niigata.

"Into the Mortal World" is the first installment in Winsing Animation's "Oriental Legends" series. It became the top-rated domestic animated film of the 2024 summer season after being released. The film is currently streaming on major Chinese platforms, including Bilibili, Youku, iQIYI, and Tencent Video.

Inspired by the folk tale "The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl", the film follows their descendants, siblings Jin Feng and Yu Lu, on a fantastical adventure. Together, they reclaimed the 28 Chinese Lunar Mansions and joined forces with the gods to mend the heaven and protect humans.

Blending the ancient Chinese traditions of weaving and textile with China-Chic elements, "Into the Mortal World" constructs an ethereal and down-to-earth world where gods and humans coexist, showcasing the unique charm of Oriental aesthetics.

Since its global release in August 2024, "Into the Mortal World" has been screened in 40 countries and regions such as Singapore, Australia, and Thailand. It has also earned several accolades, including a nomination for "Best Artistic Animation" at the 37th Golden Rooster Awards and the Gold Award for "Best Animated Feature" at the 21st China Animation & Comic Competition Golden Dragon Award (CACC).

广东国漫《落凡尘》首次在日本展映

3月17日，第三届新潟国际动画电影节上，广东国漫电影《落凡尘》首次在日本展映。这部由广东咏声动漫股份有限公司出品的国漫电影作为广东唯一一部动画电影在中国动画边会上进行展映，以东方美学和深厚的中国文化底蕴，成为本届电影节上“讲好中国故事”的亮眼名片。影片由中国驻新潟总领事馆向第三届新潟国际动画电影节进行特别推荐。

电影《落凡尘》是咏声动漫“东方传说”国漫系列的首部作品，上映后成为2024年暑期档口碑第一的国产动画电影。目前，该影片正在B站、优酷、爱奇艺、腾讯等新媒体平台热播。

影片以民间传说《牛郎织女》为创作背景，讲述了他们的后代——金风与玉露兄妹收复二十八星宿，与众神合力补天，守护人间的奇幻冒险故事。

作品通过巧妙融合源远流长的“编织”“布匹”文化与国潮元素，构建了一个既缥缈灵动又烟火气息浓郁的神人共存世界，展现出东方美学的独特魅力。

据悉，自2024年8月全球发行以来，电影《落凡尘》已登陆新加坡、澳大利亚、泰国等40个国家和地区，并斩获第37届中国电影金鸡奖“最佳美术片”提名、第21届中国动漫金龙奖“最佳动画长片”金奖等多项荣誉。
