At the start of the new year, DeepSeek, a leading AI solution, has taken the global stage by storm. Over hundreds of domestic companies—spanning cybersecurity, automotive, mobile devices, healthcare, and more—have integrated this AI model, including industry giants like 360 Group, Geely Auto, Huawei, and Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. This "AI powerhouse" is now driving innovation across diverse scenarios and products. Since AI was first included in China's Report on the Work of the Government 2017, Guangdong has aggressively positioned itself in the field. The province aims to grow its core AI industry to over 440 billion yuan by 2027, targeting over 500 application scenarios in manufacturing, education, elderly care, and other sectors.

Even before official policy support, large AI models were already optimizing R&D, production, and supply chains for Guangdong's manufacturers, boosting efficiency and reducing costs. For instance, a meteorological model achieves global 24-hour weather forecasts in 1.4 seconds with higher precision than conventional methods, while medical imaging systems in hospitals now assist in pneumonia identification within two seconds and provide diagnostic references within one minute.

Anticipating the wave of general-purpose AI, Guangdong is strategically advancing future electronic information industries, integrating AI with smart devices to build a full industrial chain. The province has established a regional development framework led by Guangzhou and Shenzhen, supported by the Pearl River Delta, with coordinated growth across eastern, western, and northern Guangdong.

As of December 2023, Guangdong led China with over 140,000 invention patents granted in AI. By September 2024, the province had hosted over 1,500 core AI enterprises, including 101 national "little giant" specialized and sophisticated firms, 26 unicorns, and 90 listed companies.

Post-policy rollout, AI is further empowering industries. Applications like drone delivery in Shenzhen's Futian District, autonomous buses of Guangzhou's Biotech Island, and Southern Power Grid's "Da Watt" AI model highlight this momentum.

With DeepSeek's rise, Guangdong is witnessing a surge of "AI+" innovations. Futian District launched AI digital employees and a government service model 2.0; Guangdong Women and Children's Hospital and Health Institute introduced AI-powered online diagnosis; and BYD integrated DeepSeek into its autonomous driving systems, underscoring the relentless push for AI-driven breakthroughs.

DeepSeek迅速实现多场景应用 广东：AI加速赋能千行百业

新年伊始，DeepSeek横空出世，迅速火爆全球。国内超数百家企业纷纷接入，覆盖网络安全、汽车、手机、医疗等多领域，如360集团、吉利汽车、华为、恒瑞医药等，AI“顶流”快速实现在多场景、多产品中的应用。自2017年人工智能首次被写入政府工作报告，广东便积极布局。计划到2027年，实现人工智能核心产业规模超4400亿元，聚焦制造、教育、养老等领域打造500个以上应用场景。

早在政策出台前，大模型已在粤企制造领域的研发、生产、供应链等环节应用，有效提升全流程效率，助力企业降本增效。像气象大模型1.4秒即可完成24小时全球气象预报，预测精度超传统方法；多家医院落地的医学影像辅助服务，2秒内可完成肺炎辅助识别，1分钟内提供诊断参考。

面对通用人工智能技术浪潮，广东前瞻布局未来电子信息产业，推动AI与智能终端融合，构建起人工智能终端全产业链条，形成以广州、深圳等地为主引擎，珠三角为核心，粤东粤西粤北协同联动的区域发展格局。

截至2023年12月，广东人工智能发明专利累计授权超14万件，全国居首；截至2024年9月，核心企业超1500家，其中国家专精特新“小巨人”企业101家，独角兽企业26家，上市企业90家。

政策出台后，AI加速赋能各行业。深圳福田无人机配送、广州生物岛无人公交、南方电网“大瓦特”大模型等应用不断涌现。

伴随DeepSeek爆火，广东迎来众多“AI+”新应用。深圳福田推出基于DeepSeek的AI数智员工，上线政务大模型2.0版；广东省妇幼保健院互联网医院上线“AI智能问诊”；比亚迪智能驾驶融入DeepSeek ，持续推动AI技术在各领域的创新应用。
