In Chinese culture, dragons and tigers are iconic symbols, each with its unique meaning. Dragon is often a symbol of bravery and strength, while the tiger represents good fortune and prosperity, as well as the power to dispel evil and ensure safety. During the Chinese New Year, the symbols of dragons and tigers are often used to express people's auspicious hopes for the New Year.

In this video, students from Guangdong Literary & Art Vocational College presented two wonderful performances with traditional Chinese musical instruments: the drum piece "Dragon Soaring, Tiger Leaping" and the guzheng ensemble "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". Let's join them to celebrate the Spring Festival!
