Starting at 0:00 on March 31st, 2024, Baiyun Airport startedto implement the flight schedule forsummer and autumn, which will last until October 26th, 2024, totaling 210 days. The new season will see 10,597 passenger flights operated by Baiyun Airport per week, an increase of over 10% compared to the same season in 2019.

The top ten domestic routes at Baiyun Airport of the new season are Shanghai (Hongqiao), Hangzhou, Beijing (Daxing), Chongqing, Nanjing, Beijing (Capital), Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Chengdu (Tianfu), Kunming (in planned order) Airports. The total number of departure flights reached 1,734 per week, accounting for 39.3% of the national total, marking a significant economy of scale.

The new season also brings some changes. Compared to the summer-autumn season of 2023, 9 new regular passenger destinations including Hulunbuir Hailar Airport, Chongqing Xiannvshan Airport, Anyang Hongqiqu Airport, Jiayuguan Jiuquan Airport, and Sanming Shaxian Airport, will be added, with a total of 34 departure flights per week. Among them, Anyang Hongqiqu Airport is a newly added destination for Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. In addition, this season will also witness an increase of 35 domestic passenger routes at Baiyun Airport, with a weekly increase of 647 round-trip flights. Destinations with significantly increased routes include Qingdao, Beijing Capital, Ningbo, and Hangzhou.

新航季来了！广州白云机场新开、加密多条航线

2024年3月31日零时起，白云机场正式执行夏秋航季航班计划，将持续至2024年10月26日结束，共计210天。换季后白云机场客运航班计划10597架次/周，较2019年夏秋航季增长超10%。

新航季，白云机场国内前十大航线分别为上海（虹桥）、杭州、北京（大兴）、重庆、南京、北京（首都）、西安、郑州、成都（天府）、昆明（按照计划量排序），合计出港航班达到1734架次/周，规模效应明显，周频占国内出港总周频的39.3%。

新航季也带来了一些新变化。对比2023年夏秋航季，白云机场2024年夏秋航季新增9个定期客运航点，包括海拉尔、重庆仙女山、安阳、嘉峪关、三明等，累计出港航班量34班/周，其中安阳为白云机场新增通航点。此外，本航季白云机场国内客运还有35条航线计划加密，每周加密往返航班量647架次，加密幅度较大的航线航点包括青岛、北京首都、宁波、杭州等。
