On December 12th, the 22nd Guangdong Seed Industry Conference kicked off in Guangzhou, with the launch of the Seed Trading Center, one of the projects of "One Hundred Counties, One Thousand Towns, and Ten Thousand Villages" in Guangdong.

This year's conference has innovatively launched the "1+N" mode, linking the Guangdong Province with 14 cities with 16 sub-venues.

At the conference, 136 high-quality varieties, the first 1,000 agricultural science and technology envoys of the projects of "One Hundred Counties, One Thousand Towns, and Ten Thousand Villages" in Guangdong, and the list of key counties for the first batch of Guangdong sweet potato promotion actions were announced. Thousands of seed companies brought over 5000 varieties for display. An exhibition themed on the revitalization of the seed industry in Guangdong showcased the latest achievements of Guangdong in the fields of crops, livestock and poultry, aquaculture, and agricultural microbiology seed industry for the first time with graphics and real samples.

The exhibition showcases a series of cutting-edge technological achievements and equipment in the seed industry, including seed industry brands, innovative achievements in pig breeding, "digital light cavalry" field classes, effective science and education systems, and modern agricultural machinery and equipment. There are also advanced technologies in green prevention and control, high-quality and efficient production, and fresh locking for lychees, as well as the first self-propelled sweet potato harvester in the hilly clay area in China, and the small movable rice dryer.

The conference set up a comprehensive exhibition of the entire industry chain of sweet potato production in Guangdong with new varieties, new technologies, and new models, showcasing 47 varieties, including high-quality fresh sweet potato varieties and ornamental varieties. The exhibition also presented the mechanized production of sweet potatoes, allowing the audience to know the industry better.

The conference also showcased a variety of "agriculture+" application scenarios. The exhibition of digital and urban modern agriculture application scenarios can provide one-stop materials and equipment needed to create a green and beautiful balcony vegetable garden, while eye-catching digital agriculture application scenarios such as smart irrigation, digital meteorology, smart soil moisture, unmanned aerial vehicles, and mountain intelligent machinery also receive much attention. Activities such as tasting pork from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other food, popular science research, and leisure picking bring the public closer to the world of seeds.

It is reported that the concept of "field exhibition", introduced for the first time at the conference, has spread throughout the country, achieving the integration of new varieties, new technologies, new equipment, and new agricultural techniques in practice. It has built a platform for an exhibition of different varieties, technology promotion, achievement exhibition, and project cooperation, demonstrating the advantages of regionalization, specialization, and uniqueness.

超5000个良种亮相广东种业大会

12月12日，第二十二届广东种业大会暨“百千万工程”种业交易中心启动在广州举行。

今年大会创新开展“1+N”省市联动办会模式，在全省14个地市开设16个分会场。

会上，136个优质品种公布，首批千名“百千万工程”农业科技特派员获聘，首批广东甘薯提升行动重点县名单公布。上千家种业企业带来超5000个良种展示。广东种业振兴成果展首次以“图文+实物”形式展示广东在农作物、畜禽、水产、农业微生物种业等领域的最新成果。

种业品牌、生猪种业创新成果、“数字+轻骑兵”、科教体系成效、现代农机装备等系列展览展示精彩纷呈。绿色防控、高质高效生产、荔枝冻眠锁鲜技术速冻的耐贮运优质荔枝品种井岗红糯、国内首款丘陵黏土区自走式甘薯联合收获机、小型（可移动式）稻谷烘干机……种业前沿科技成果和装备在此一览无遗。

大会设置了广东薯业全产业链综合展，展示包括优质类型鲜食甘薯品种、观赏型甘薯品种等在内的47个品种。现场还进行了甘薯生产全程机械化作业演示，全面展示薯业新品种、新技术、新模式。

大会展示了多种“农业+”应用场景。数字+都市现代农业应用场景展示，可“一站式”提供打造“绿美阳台菜园”所需的物料和装备；智慧灌溉、数字气象、智慧墒情、无人驾驶器械、山地智能机械等数字农业应用场景吸人眼球；粤港澳大湾区美味猪肉品鉴、美食品鉴、科普研学、休闲采摘等活动让公众更贴近种子世界。

据介绍，广东种业大会首次引入的“地展”概念已经生根发芽，传遍全国，实现了新品种、新技术、新装备、新农艺在实践中有机融合，搭建了品种展示、技术推广、成果展览和项目合作平台，显示了区域化、专业化和特色化的优势。
