In recent years, there have been many "new" elements in catering in Zhuhai, Guangdong. Zhuhai’s time-honored brands have introduced a new and modern style of plating. Steamed clams with garlic vermicelli were originally served in “old-fashioned” tableware, but now they have also been "reshaped" and moved closer to the “new trend”. Local delicacies combine Chinese and Western cultures. Many dishes use Zhuhai’s local ingredients, but adopt the Western presentation style, which greatly enhances the attraction and delicacy of the dishes. In the 3,000-square-metre Xiawan night market, the stalls lined up in sequence bring together all kinds of food, attracting many citizens and tourists to stop and have a taste. The merchants have their own distinctive dishes, and the dining environment is clean, neat, and tidy.
