On April 25th, a seminar focusing on optimizing the business environment was held at the Nansha International Talent Port in Guangdong, China.

As a strategic pivot of the GBA, Nansha has become a benchmark for high-quality development, boasting a range of reform achievements that serve as models for the region.

In recent years, Nansha has implemented 857 innovations in free trade zone systems, ranking high in national assessments of the business environment. To date, Nansha has attracted over 240 investment projects from Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its high-level openness.

Nansha has also taken the lead in promoting innovative measures to facilitate investment and trade, achieving the nation's highest customs clearance efficiency. In addition, the area has developed service platforms and channels to coordinate with Hong Kong and Macao's professional qualification recognition in six fields, including construction, transportation, and taxation.

As for further improving the efficiency of government services, Nansha has launched the "no certification free trade zone" initiative, utilizing "big data + AI", blockchain technology, and other means to directly cancel, query data, verify information, and strengthen supervision in real-time to achieve "no certification" handling, so as to enhance the efficiencyof key project construction. Multiple pioneering reforms have been implemented to enhance the convenience of business services, while a foreign-related legal service aggregation area has also been established to improve the rule of law in the business environment.

Nansha's stable, transparent, and predictable business environment has attracted a large number of businesses to invest in the area. Moving forward, Nansha will focus on its strategic mission to realize high-quality development and build a new development pattern, focusing on creating significant strategic platforms and learning from the World Bank's new evaluation system. By leveraging its innovative systems and its export-oriented economy, Nansha aims to create a world-class business environment and introduce more leading reforms.

广州南沙累计引进世界500强投资项目超240个

4月25日，“全力优化营商环境跑出高质量发展‘加速度’”专题研讨会在南沙国际人才港举办。

南沙是粤港澳大湾区的战略支点、高质量发展的标杆，在全面优化营商环境、扩大高水平对外开放方面，南沙创造了一批具有显示度和示范性的改革成果。

近年来，南沙累计形成857项自贸区制度创新成果，在国家新区营商环境评价中排名前列。截至目前，南沙累计引进世界500强设立的投资项目超240个。

投资贸易便利化方面，南沙推出了一系列先行先试的创新举措，口岸通关效率全国第一；与港澳规则对接方面，搭建面向粤港的服务平台和对接渠道，在建筑、交通、税务等6个领域实现职业资格认可。

政务服务便捷化方面，南沙推出“无证明自贸区”“交地即开工”等首创性改革措施，不断提高涉企服务的便捷度；营商环境法治化方面，建成涉外法律服务集聚区。

南沙稳定、透明、可预期的营商环境，吸引大量的企业机构进驻。南沙接下来将锚定高质量发展和构建新发展格局这个战略任务，聚焦打造重大战略性平台，对标借鉴世界银行新评价体系，结合南沙制度创新优势与外向型经济特色，打造国际一流营商环境，推出更多引领性改革。
