Ersha Island station, surrounded by the art gallery and the Xinghai Concert Hall, is the only subway station under construction on Ersha Island in Guangzhou. In order to be more environmentally friendly, the construction unit designed an ecological wall of "sound barrier + green plant enclosure". There is also an automatic sprinkler system on it, which not only reduces noise and prevents dust, but also makes the site and the surrounding park perfectly blend together, becoming"the most beautiful construction site" in Guangzhou.

二沙岛站是广州二沙岛上唯一在建的地铁车站，周边有美术馆、星海音乐厅等建筑。为了最大限度降低施工对周边环境的影响，施工单位将全封闭大棚优化设计为“声屏障+绿植围蔽”的生态墙，在生态墙上设置自动喷淋系统，不仅起到降噪、防尘效果，还让工地与周边公园的优美环境完美融合。优化施工设计方案后，生态墙与公园绿地相映成趣，成为广州“最美工地”。
