“Cantonese Banquet in China--Disappearing Famous dishes” is a themed activity launched by Guangzhou Museum and China Hotel. In this season’s event, the dishes are more sophisticated, and the dishes are more diversified, highlighting the traditional Cantonese cuisine and the characteristics of the banquet materials, which are favored by the audience and diners, making the lost or rare traditional Cantonese cuisine skills meet the public again.
