Guangdong’s“Cantonese Cuisine Master” Star Chef Accreditation activities were held smoothly, with more than a thousand chefs from all over the province participating in the event. The judges expressed their hope to select a group of chefs with the most lofty career ideals and beliefs, who can best represent the highest level of the industry, and show self-growth and adherence to the traditional skills of Cantonese dishes in the new era.
