As the only autonomous county of Zhuang nationality and Yao nationality in China, Lianshan County is rich in festivals and folk customs. Recently, the Water-Sprinkling Festival of Zhuang nationality officially opened in Lianshan, Guangdong. On this festival, Zhuang people, regardless of age or gender, gather in the river to wash their hair and play with water, praying for health and good luck.
