There is a saying that says that“if you haven’t eaten toasted squab in Zhongshan, you haven’t been to Zhongshan”. As a unique branch of Cantonese cuisine, Zhongshan cuisine is characterized by its fine manufacturing and rich selection of ingredients that fully embody the local food culture. The Shiqi squab is even more famous. Its skin is crispy, and the meat is fresh and tender. Because of its enticing color and exquisite taste, many diners regard it as a must try.
