At 10 a.m. on October 13th, statistics from Gongbei Customs showed that since the launch of the One-stop Joint Services Lanes for passenger and freight vehicles at Hengqin Port, customs authorities have supervised over 10 million inbound and outbound vehicle trips.

In 2023, Hengqin Port pioneered the Guangdong-Macao joint one-stop vehicle clearance mode nationwide, integrating the inspection processes of five joint inspection units from both Guangdong and Macao and reducing the time required for customs inspection and release to just 23 seconds. In 2024, the one-stop lanes were expanded and put into full operation, accelerating the formation of the Hengqin-Macao "half-hour living circle." In 2025, innovative measures such as the shared use of electronic customs clearance tags for Macao single-plate vehicles between Hengqin and Macao customs, as well as "stay-in-vehicle clearance" for cross-border students, were implemented. In August this year, Hengqin Port rolled out the Phase II freight clearance arrangement, enabling palletized cross-border e-commerce air cargo to reach Macau International Airport without changing vehicles along the way.

The volume of inbound and outbound vehicle trips supervised by customs at Hengqin Port has climbed from an initial daily average of 5,000 to over 12,000 today. In the first eight months of this year, the total import and export value of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin reached 48.5 billion yuan, up 57.8% year on year, hitting a record high for the same period.

Xi Xin, deputy commissioner of Hengqin Customs under Gongbei Customs, noted that since the beginning of this year, customs authorities have cumulatively supervised over 3.57 million inbound and outbound vehicle trips at Hengqin Port, a year-on-year increase of over 37.7%. Among them, trips made by Macao single-plate vehicles exceeded 2.37 million, accounting for more than 60% of the total. Customs authorities have successively rolled out measures benefiting businesses and residents, such as "facilitated entry of animal and plant products carried by Macao residents into the zone," "simplified customs declaration for goods moving between Hengqin and Macao," and "cross-border e-commerce bonded online shopping."

Going forward, customs authorities will continue to deepen the alignment of rules and mechanisms between Hengqin and Macao, empower smart port construction with digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, and enhance cross-border clearance efficiency and service levels.

见证琴澳融合“加速度” 横琴口岸通关车流量突破千万辆次

10月13日10时，据拱北海关统计，横琴口岸客货车“粤澳联合一站式”车道运行以来，海关累计监管进出境车辆突破1000万辆次。

2023年，横琴口岸全国首创“粤澳联合一站式”车辆通关模式，整合粤澳两地5家联检单位查验流程，海关验放环节仅需23秒。2024年，一站式车道扩充并全面启用，琴澳“半小时生活圈”加速形成。2025年，琴澳海关共用“澳门单牌车”通关电子标签、跨境学生“免下车通关”等创新举措落地。今年8月，横琴口岸落地货运第二阶段通关安排，实现跨境电商航空打板货物“一车到底”直通澳门国际机场。

横琴口岸进出境车辆已从初期海关日均监管5000辆次攀升至如今日均超1.2万辆次。今年前8个月，横琴粤澳深度合作区进出口值为485亿元人民币，同比增长57.8%，规模创历史同期新高。

拱北海关所属横琴海关副关长郗鑫介绍，今年以来，海关在横琴口岸累计监管进出境车辆超357万辆次，同比增长超37.7%。其中澳门单牌车超237万辆次，占比超六成。海关陆续落地“便利澳门居民携带动植物产品入区”“琴澳货物简化申报”“跨境电商网购保税”等惠企便民举措。

下一步，海关将持续深化琴澳规则衔接机制对接，以人工智能等数字化技术赋能智慧口岸建设，提升跨境通关效率与服务水平。
