City Life | The “Fresh Yantai, Prime Seafood Delicacies” 2026 Yantai Sea Cucumber Industry Precision Matching Event kicked off in Guangzhou on September 9. Known for its vibrant food culture, Guangzhou has seen growing demand in recent years for premium seafood and nourishing food products. Delicacies such as sea cucumbers and abalones have increasingly found their way onto dining tables across the city. The event brings Yantai sea cucumbers and other seafood products to the Greater Bay Area, highlighting growing culinary and commercial ties between the two coastal regions. Twelve leading Yantai seafood companies took part in the event, showcasing a wide range of products, from dried and ready-to-eat sea cucumbers to Fotiaoqiang (Buddha Jumps Over the Wall), value-added seafood products and seafood snacks.
