Lingnan Cuisine | On August 6, one of the entries by Lu Jiaying, a contestant from Guangzhou, drew admiring looks at the final of the 7th GBA “Cantonese Cuisine Chef” Vocational Skills Competition. The “Eagle’s Beak Peaches” on her plate looked so plump and naturally colored that they could easily be mistaken for real peaches. In fact, they were intricately crafted “Eagle’s Beak Peach Buns.” They were Lu’s submission for the designated category. #LingnanCuisine
8月6日，在第七届粤港澳大湾区“粤菜师傅”职业技能大赛决赛现场，广州代表队选手卢嘉莺的一款作品引起了围观者的惊叹，盘中的“鹰嘴蜜桃”形态饱满，色泽自然，竟让人一时难辨真假。这其实是一枚巧手制作的“鹰嘴蜜桃包”，也是卢嘉莺在此次大赛指定作品环节提交的作品。
