On July 31^st, the Cross-Strait, Hong Kong and Macao Animation New Wave Greater Bay Area (GBA) Creation Camp, themed "Strolling through the GBA, Painting a Smart New Future", successfully concluded at the Zhiku Workshop in Yangcheng Creative Industrial Park. This event was jointly organized by Yangcheng Evening News Group and Guangdong Cartoonists Association (GDCA).

After a four-day field trip and co-creation tour in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, over 60 university students and young artists from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan unleashed their creativity on the two themes of "AI Empowerment: Cyber GBA" and "A Dialogue Across Mountains and Seas," delivering a series of imaginative works.

Hong Kong student Chen Qiting and Taiwanese student Chen Qingyun, both studying at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA), teamed up to create the comic "New Technology in GBA, Preserving Old Warmth." They were inspired by the smart robots they saw during a visit. "Smart pets can give us the same warm companionship, and they never die," they said. "We started imagining them staying with us as we grow old. The fast‑growing technology in the GBA makes that kind of gentle companionship and memory last."

Macao student Wang Binfeng also drew inspiration from humanoid robots to create an illustration titled "King of Fighters." With a unique perspective, the piece features Shenzhen city landmarks, drones, and futuristic architecture, showcasing the technological charm and urban vitality of the GBA's rapid development.

Taiwanese student Huang Miqi formed close friendships with her mentors and fellow campers during the art camp. Her comic, "Even Across Mountains and Seas, Our Thoughts and Words Can Still Reach One Another," captures everyday moments at the camp and preserves those precious memories. Huang said, "A group of art lovers traveled across mountains and seas to the GBA for this camp. Distance is no longer a barrier. When people from five different places come together, their artistic hearts truly connect."

The closing ceremony brought together many renowned figures, including Jin Cheng, Chairman of the GDCA, Liu Pingyun, Dean of the School of Visual Arts and Design of GAFA, and Wen Shaolun, Vice President of the Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation (HKCAF). The camp participants delivered outstanding works full of emotion and creativity. Finally, after evaluation and selection by the mentor panel, several awards were presented, such as "Theme of the Year Award," "Best Creative Award," "Best Story Award," "Most Promising Award," and "Mentor's Commendation Award."

7月31日，“漫睇大湾区·智绘新未来”海峡两岸暨香港、澳门动漫新势力大湾区创作营在羊城创意产业园智酷车间圆满结营。本次活动由羊城晚报报业集团与广东省动漫艺术家协会联合主办。

经过4天在深圳、广州双城采风与共创之旅，60余位来自广东、香港、澳门、台湾的高校学子与青年艺术家，围绕“AI赋能·赛博大湾区”与“跨越山海的对话”两大命题，尽情挥洒创意，交出了一份份充满想象力的答卷。

就读于广州美术学院的香港学生陈啟婷和台湾学生陈青昀合作，受到参访中看到智能机器人的启发，联合绘制漫画作品《湾区新科技，留住旧温情》。两位同学说：“智能宠物能带给我们一样温暖的陪伴，并且不会有生命的尽头。我们开始畅想它能陪我到老，大湾区迅速发展的科技延续了这种温柔的陪伴和思念。”

澳门学生王斌丰也受人形机器人的启发，绘制插画作品《格斗之王》，画面视角独特，融入了深圳城市地标、无人机、未来建筑等元素，呈现大湾区高速发展的科技魅力与城市活力。

台湾学生黄米琦在此次创作营与导师和学员结下深厚友谊。她绘制的漫画《纵然远隔山海，思想与话语依旧能够彼此抵达》刻画了创作营的点点滴滴，希望留住美好瞬间。黄米琦说：“一众美术‘同好’跨越山海奔赴湾区，共赴这场艺术开营之约。山海不再是隔阂，五地追光者相逢，让艺术的心意彼此相通。”

结营仪式邀请众多大咖齐聚。在广东省动漫艺术家协会主席金城、广州美术学院视觉艺术设计学院院长刘平云、香港动漫画联会副会长温绍伦等嘉宾的见证下，创作营学员用充满情感和创意的作品交出了高分答卷。最后，经导师团评审推选，评出了“年度主题奖”“最佳创意奖”“最佳剧情奖”“最具潜力奖”和“导师嘉许奖”等多个奖项。
