Art and Culture | On June 19, a public-benefit whistling concert titled "Whistles of Home, Hearts Returning from Across the Seas" was held at Shantou Yidu Grand Theater in Shantou.
Coinciding with the overseas release of the Chaoshan-dialect film Dear You, the concert blended the unique charm of Chaoshan culture with the art of whistling. Through a carefully curated program, it evoked shared memories while tracing the journey of Chaoshan people from leaving their hometowns to reconnecting with their roots. Hundreds of audience members were taken on an immersive journey through the shared memories of one of China's most renowned hometowns of overseas Chinese.#artandculture
6月19日晚，由广东省音乐家协会口哨艺术委员会与汕头市文化广电旅游体育局联合主办的“故园哨韵·四海归心”口哨艺术惠民音乐会在汕头艺都大剧院温情奏响。在潮汕方言电影《给阿嬷的情书》开启全球首轮上映之际，这场音乐会结合纯正“潮汕味”和创新“口哨音”，以精心编排的节目串起潮汕人的独特记忆，讲述潮汕人从“背井离乡”到“落叶归根”的奋斗史诗，带领现场数百名观众完成了一场沉浸式的侨乡记忆回溯。
