On June 23rd, the AI Cross-Border E-Commerce Exchange Conference and "MoonClaw AI Agent" Launch Event were held in Shantou. Co-hosted by the Shantou E-Commerce Industry Association and Guangdong Xizhiyue Technology Co., Ltd., the event not only marked the national debut of MoonClaw, an end-to-end AI agent for cross-border e-commerce, but also brought together ecosystem partners such as cross-border e-commerce platforms and AI service providers to engage in in-depth discussions on trending topics like AI-empowered product selection.

MoonClaw can use "conversational commands" to replace traditional operations teams, enabling fully managed end-to-end operations for cross-border e-commerce and realizing the concept that "one person plus an AI system can do the work of an entire team." Every time such a digital employee agent executes a task, it inherently relies on model invocations and continuously consumes tokens. Cross-border e-commerce is precisely a scenario characterized by high frequency, long transaction chains, multiple languages and platforms—all of which drive token consumption. In the past, sellers relied on intensive manual labor to solve problems, but now this is transforming into workflows where agents continuously invoke models. Consequently, these cross-border e-commerce digital employees embed "token consumption" into real business workflows. This shifts Shantou's "token going global" strategy from merely selling computing power interfaces to selling "AI tools capable of solving practical problems."

Currently, while general models can handle basic tasks, problems such as terminology confusion may still arise during in-depth usage. The Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Experimental Zone, industrial parks, and relevant platforms are actively partnering with domestic large-model developers, computing resources, and industrial service ecosystems. They are focusing on deep fine-tuning for well-established local vertical sectors, such as cross-border e-commerce, AI videos, and AI toys.
跨境电商“数字员工”亮相!汕头发布AI智能体MoonClaw
6月23日,AI跨境电商交流会暨“MoonClaw AI智能体”发布会在汕头举行。发布会由汕头市电子商务产业协会与广东省西之月科技有限公司联合主办,不仅完成了跨境全链路AI智能体MoonClaw的全国首发,还汇聚了跨境电商平台、AI技术服务商等生态伙伴,围绕AI赋能选品等热门议题展开深度交流。
MoonClaw能用“会话式指令”替代传统运营团队,实现跨境电商全流程托管,实现“一个人加一套AI,能干一支团队的活”。这样的数字员工智能体每执行一次任务,背后都离不开模型调用,都会持续消耗Token。跨境电商恰恰是高频、长链路、多语种、多平台的Token消耗场景,过去卖家靠堆人解决问题,而现在正在转化为智能体持续调用模型的任务流。于是跨境电商数字员工把“Token消耗”嵌入了真实商业流程,使得汕头的“Token出海”不再是单纯卖算力接口,而是卖“能解决实际问题的AI工具”。
目前,虽然通用模型可以完成基础任务,但在深度使用中仍可能出现术语混乱等问题。华侨试验区、产业园区和相关平台正在对接国内大模型厂商、算力资源与产业服务生态,围绕跨境电商、AI视频、AI玩具等本地有基础的垂直场景做深度调优。
