The Golden Goblet Awards Ceremony of the 28th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) recently concluded.The Guangdong-produced film "Secret in the Box" clinched the Best Actor award in the Main Competition, while "Notes Unheard" secured the Best Documentary Film award. Meanwhile, "Dear You" attracted widespread attention and was repeatedly discussed across major forums at the festival. In addition, 24 film and television institutions and 32 films from Guangdong made a collective appearance at the Guangdong Pavilion in the Shanghai International Film and TV Market.

In May 2025, the Guangdong 15 Film & TV Policy Measures were officially introduced. Over the past year of implementation, Guangdong has established a "1+21" provincial-municipal coordinated film shooting service network, enabling a smoother flow of talent, resources, and capital across boundaries within the Greater Bay Area. Initiatives like the "Star Program" for young filmmaking talent cultivation and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area College Student Film Week continue to discover and nurture future talent. In 2025, Guangdong saw an increase of over 1,100 film and television enterprises, with a batch of leading companies settling in the province. Concurrently, Guangdong films have garnered major honors in the Main Competition units of Category A international film festivals for two consecutive years.

Guangdong used to be frequently dubbed China's "No. 1 box office stronghold," long leading the nation in screen count, cinema scale, and total box office revenue. Today, however, the province is leaping toward becoming a hub for film and television creation. In 2025, 330 Guangdong films were filed for registration, and 68 films received the official film public screening license, both ranking second nationwide. Furthermore, "Into the Mortal World"was shortlisted for the main competition unit of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in France, while classic Intellectual Properties (IP) like "Boonie Bears"continue to maintain a steady output. In June 2026, the Guangdong AI Film and Television Creative Industry Alliance was officially established, building a cross-sector collaborative development platform for "AI + Film and Television."

广东正加速成为电影创作高地

第28届上海国际电影节金爵奖颁奖典礼近日落幕，广东电影《纸盒藏迷》摘得主竞赛单元最佳男演员奖；《别担心，爸爸！》获得最佳纪录片奖；《给阿嬷的情书》备受瞩目，在上海国际电影节各大论坛被反复讨论。此外，24家广东影视机构、32部广东电影作品亮相国际影视市场广东联合展台。

2025年5月，“广东影视政策15条”正式出台。政策实施一年来，广东建立了“1+21”省市联动影视拍摄服务网络，大湾区内部的人才、资源、资本流通更加顺畅，青年电影人才培养“繁星计划”与粤港澳大湾区大学生电影周也不断挖掘培养后备人才。2025年，广东新增影视企业超1100家，一批头部企业纷纷在粤落户。同时，广东电影已连续两年在国际A类电影节主竞赛单元收获重要荣誉。

过去的广东常被称作中国电影的“第一票仓”——银幕数量、影院规模、票房总量长期领跑全国，而现在广东正在向“创作高地”跃升。2025年，广东电影备案330部、领取龙标影片68部，均居全国第二位；《落凡尘》入围法国昂西国际动画电影节主竞赛单元，“熊出没”等经典IP持续稳定输出。2026年6月，广东省AI影视创意产业联盟也正式成立，搭建起“AI+影视”跨领域协同发展平台。
