On June 1st, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang announced that the company has partnered with Unitree Robotics to launch a next-generation humanoid robot reference design, H2 Plus, also known as the Isaac GR00T, which aims to accelerate innovation in the global humanoid robotics industry.

The system will be made available to researchers at higher education institutions and universities, including Stanford University and ETH Zurich. Under the collaboration, Unitree provides the approximately 1.8-meter-tall H2 humanoid robot hardware, while Nvidia supplies its AI computing platform, robot foundation models, and simulation support. The robot is also equipped with five-fingered dexterous hands manufactured by Sharpa, a Singapore-based company.

During his speech, Huang noted that the system has been fully integrated. The robot body features 31 degrees of freedom, with an additional 25 degrees of freedom in each dexterous hand. Standing about 1.8 meters tall and weighing approximately 68 kilograms, Huang joked that the robot's build "is pretty much like mine."

Providing computing power for the system is Nvidia's Jetson AGX Thor T5000. The company's Isaac GR00T foundation model for humanoid robots offers advanced reasoning capabilities, effectively serving as the robot's "brain."

In a report dated May 14, analysts at Morgan Stanley projected that China's annual humanoid robot sales would more than double this year to approximately 28 thousand units, the highest level in the world.

黄仁勋宣布联手宇树打造人形机器人

6月1日，英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋宣布，英伟达已与宇树科技合作，推出新一代人形机器人参考设计H2+，也被称为Isaac GR00T系统，以加速全球人形机器人行业创新。

据悉，这套系统将面向高等教育机构和大学研究人员开放，客户范围包括斯坦福大学、苏黎世联邦理工学院等科研机构。在这套系统中，宇树科技提供约1.8米高的H2人形机器人本体，英伟达则提供AI计算平台、机器人基础模型和仿真系统支持，机器人还搭载了总部位于新加坡的Sharpa公司制造的五指机械手。

黄仁勋在演讲中表示，这套系统已经完成整体集成。机器人本体拥有31个自由度，每只机械手拥有25个自由度，整机身高约1.8米、重量约68公斤。他还开玩笑称，这个身高和体重“就和我差不多”。

为这套系统提供算力的是英伟达Jetson AGX Thor T5000。英伟达面向人形机器人的Isaac GR00T基础模型，则为机器人提供高级推理能力，相当于机器人的“大脑”。

摩根士丹利分析师在5月14日的一份报告中指出，中国今年人形机器人年销量预计将增长1倍以上，达到约2.8万台，为全球最高水平。
