City Life | The Hong Kong Sevens, Asia’s premier rugby event, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, taking place at the main stadium of Kai Tak Sports Park. This year’s edition features a fresh twist. Ten Chinese-made robots—previously featured on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala—performed in sync with a live cheerleading squad, energizing the crowd. On the pitch, laser projections brought 50 years of tournament history to life in a stunning visual display. Beyond the stadium, robots were used to film promotional videos at the Avenue of Stars and East Coast Boardwalk in North Point, highlighting the city’s vibrant waterfront. Hong Kong Tourism Board also invited international influencers to share the experience with global audiences. Fans from cities including Guangzhou and Shenzhen have traveled to attend, combining the matches with urban exploration. 香港国际七人榄球赛今年50周年了，这个亚洲顶级体育盛事最近在启德体育园主场馆开打。

今年有点不一样。开幕式上，十台曾亮相央视春晚的国产机器人和真人啦啦队同台热舞，精准卡点直接拉满氛围感。草坪上还有激光投影，历届传奇球星名字、双龙腾跃的画面轮番出现，把半个世纪的赛事历史浓缩成一场视觉秀。

赛场之外也没闲着。机器人跑去尖沙咀星光大道和北角东岸板道拍宣传片，用科技感带大家看香港海滨。旅发局还请了韩国博主、艺人等国际网红来体验，拍素材向海外推香港。

不少广州、深圳的橄榄球爱好者已经组团去看了，看完比赛还能打卡新兴景点。一场国际赛事，硬是玩出了“体育+科技+旅游”的复合味道。
