Karem, a young man from Milan, Italy, who went viral online for his "cross-border candy quest," will visit Dongguan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen from April 8th to 12th. Accompanied by two fellow bloggers on a relay journey,   he will explore the heartland of Guangdong-made products, immerse himself in Lingnan culture, and experience the vitality of the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The charm of Guangdong-made products will   be uncovered through the unique perspectives of foreign friends, writing a heartwarming new chapter in people-to-people exchanges between China and the rest of the world.

The first stop on Karem's journey to explore Guangdong-made products will be a visit to Hsu Fu Chi, the manufacturer of his beloved crispy candy. There, he will deeply explore the product craftsmanship and   brand culture, sharing this heartwarming cross-border story of Chinese-style sweetness. His connection began with the crispy candy, but extends far beyond it. In Dongguan, a renowned manufacturing city, the young Milanese man and his fellow friends will visit the production lines of Guangdong-made products, explore the exquisite fusion of intelligent manufacturing and traditional craftsmanship, and learn the techniques for   preparing intangible cultural heritage delicacies.

They will stroll through Lingnan gardens, wander through ancient streets and alleys at night, and savor Cantonese opera, specialty teas, and authentic local cuisine.   They will experience the beauty of the fusion between smart manufacturing in Dongguan and the bustling everyday life of Lingnan. In Guangzhou, known as a "millennium commercial capital," their itinerary will focus   on cultural exploration and technological integration, including visits to the Yangcheng Creative Industrial Park, a stop at the Canton Tower and Yongqingfang, and a night cruise on the Pearl River to   appreciate the riverside city's scenery. This will allow them to understand the rich Cantonese cultural heritage amidst the interplay of tradition and modernity. In Shenzhen, a city of innovation, they will delve   into the forefront of scientific and technological innovation, experience the vitality of intelligent technology and the low-altitude economy, and feel the innovative pulse and international flair of this core city in the GBA.

Karem has already made a shopping list, eager to explore Chinese manufacturing and Lingnan culture, and hoping to bring back high-quality Guangdong-madeproducts and wonderful Chinese experiences to Italy.
