City Life | On the morning of March 15, the 2026 Qingyuan Marathon and the First Track National University Marathon League officially kicked off with the starting gun at the north gate of Qingyuan Gymnasium in Qingyuan, Guangdong. Notably, this year’s event has been certified as an A-class event by the Chinese Athletics Association, making it the first marathon in Guangdong to receive this certification in the Chinese zodiac Year of the Horse. As the province’s first major marathon of the spring season, the race attracted 20,000 participants, including 8,000 full marathon runners and 12,000 half marathon runners, setting a new participation record for both categories. #citylife

3月15日上午，2026清远马拉松赛暨第一赛道全国高校马拉松联赛在广东省清远市体育馆北门正式鸣枪起跑。据悉，2026清远马拉松赛是马年广东省内首个中国田径协会A类认证的马拉松赛事。作为广东新春第一跑，此次清马参赛人数为2万人，其中马拉松项目8000人，半程马拉松项目12000人，全、半马规模创历史新高。
