Recently, the Zhengguo Tourist Hub in Guangzhou's Zengcheng District—a core sub-project of the leading area surrounding Nankun and Luofu Mountains for high-quality development of counties, towns, and villages—was selected for the 2025 list of premium projects for the integrated development of agriculture, culture, and tourism in Guangdong Province. It has rapidly joined the top tier of Guangzhou's rural tourism destinations, serving as a prime example of Zengcheng's implementation of the "High-quality Development Project for Guangdong Counties, Towns and Villages".

Covering approximately 27 mu (about 1.8 hectares), the project has a total investment of 89.81 million yuan and a total floor area of 7,355 square meters. It adopts an innovative model integrating infrastructure, cultural and tourism experiences, and industrial development, featuring 130 parking spaces, riverside viewing platforms, and waterfront boardwalks. The Hub also includes an exhibition hall for local agricultural products. By collaborating with Zhengguo Old Street, it creates a cultural and tourism complex integrating dining, accommodation, sightseeing, entertainment, and shopping, offering a new approach to rural tourism development.

As a trending destination, the Zhengguo Tourist Hub has effectively revitalized local cultural and tourism resources since it launched trial operation in September 2025. It complements the commercial offerings of Zhengguo Old Street, leading to a continuous rise in average daily visitors. During the 2026 New Year's Day and Chinese New Year holidays, the hub and its surrounding area received over 265,000 tourist visits and drew more than 230 vendor-stall appearances. This has injected momentum into regional consumption and further strengthened the endogenous momentum for rural revitalization.

Leveraging its advantageous gateway location in the leading area surrounding Nankun and Luofu Mountains, the Hub uses the starting point of the "most beautiful scenic highway" demonstration section as a pivot. It links resources such as Zhengguo Old Street, Shiye Mountain, Baijianghu, and Paitan's Baishuizhai to build a "30-minute rural cultural and tourism circle". By upgrading the road network and connecting with the Zengjiang River cruise route, the Hub integrates scattered landscapes into boutique routes. This revitalizes idle resources in surrounding villages and allows local villagers to share the dividends of development.

增城区正果驿站成广州乡村游新晋“顶流”

近日，广州增城区环南昆山—罗浮山县镇村高质量发展引领区核心子项目——正果驿站，入选2025年广东省农文旅融合发展优质项目名单，迅速跻身广州乡村旅游头部矩阵，成为增城推进“百千万工程”的生动实践。

该项目占地约27亩，总投资8981万元，总建筑面积7355平方米。创新采用“基础设施+文旅体验+产业融合”模式，配套130个停车位、滨江观景平台、亲水栈道等设施，并建设特色农副产品展示厅，联动正果老街，打造集“吃住游玩购”于一体的文旅综合体，为乡村文旅发展提供新思路。

作为“网红打卡地”，正果驿站自去年9月试运营以来，有效盘活镇村文旅资源，与正果老街形成业态互补，日均接待量持续攀升。2026年元旦和春节假期，联动片区接待游客超26.5万人次，吸引周边摊档超230家次，为区域消费注入动能，乡村振兴内生动力进一步增强。

依托环南昆山—罗浮山引领区门户区位优势，驿站以最美旅游公路示范段起点为支点，串联正果老街、师爷山、白江湖及派潭白水寨等资源，构建“30分钟乡村文旅圈”。通过升级路网、联动增江游线，将分散景观整合为精品线路，带动周边村庄闲置资源活化利用，让“原乡居民”共享发展红利。
