Recently, a reporter visited Guangdong Qihang Yacht Co., Ltd. in Baini Town, Sanshui District, Foshan (hereinafter referred to as "Qihang"), to explore the growth path of this Foshan-made yacht manufacturer. According to Li Bisheng, technical director of Kinlife Group, 95% of the company's orders come from overseas markets. Its key products, including pontoon boats, fishing boats and aluminum boats, are exported to Europe and the United States, South America, the Middle East and Africa, with annual exports of small yachts exceeding 1,000 units.

"Yachts are often described as 'luxury residences on water.' Their structure is similar to that of houses, and more than 80% of the raw materials needed for interior components and production equipment can be sourced in Foshan through one-stop procurement," Li Bisheng said. He added that Foshan's two trillion-yuan-level industrial clusters in equipment manufacturing and pan-household provide full-chain and comprehensive support for the development of the yacht industry.

In terms of manufacturing capacity, Foshan has a well-developed industrial supporting system and has built comparative advantages in yacht-related fields such as hull structures, new materials, power systems, interior components and instrumentation. A preliminary yacht industry chain covering manufacturing, materials, electronics and interior components has taken shape. In terms of application scenarios, Foshan boasts well-developed river systems such as the Xijiang and Beijiang rivers, offering navigation conditions that connect inland waterways with the sea and enabling efficient links with Hong Kong and Macao as well as broader integration with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. At present, Foshan is actively planning 81 tourism-oriented waterfront sections with a total length of about 20 kilometers, providing rich platforms for diversified business formats such as yacht tourism and water sports events.

The "Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Yacht Industry (2024-2027)" announced by the Guangdong provincial government clearly states that by 2027, the province's yacht manufacturing industry chain will achieve optimization and upgrading, with the scale of the yacht and related industries exceeding 100 billion yuan. At present, Qihang's capital increase and capacity expansion project, with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan, has also been launched. 

After completion in 2027, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of up to 800 million yuan. By then, Qihang's new production base will focus on the research, development and mass production of high-end, eco-friendly vessels, be equipped with dedicated production lines for medium- and large-sized luxury yachts, and deepen collaborative innovation with Foshan's smart home and high-end manufacturing sectors, further expanding the scale of Foshan's yacht industry.

一艘“佛山造”游艇，何以驶向千亿蓝海

近日，记者走进位于佛山三水白坭镇的广东奇航游艇有限公司（以下简称“奇航”），探寻这家“佛山造”游艇企业的破浪之路。奇拓集团技术总监李碧胜介绍，95%的订单来自海外，浮筒船、钓鱼船、铝船等主销产品远销欧美、南美、中东、非洲等地区，每年出口小型游艇达上千艘。

“游艇被誉为‘水上豪居’，构造与房屋相似，而建房所需的室内配套、生产装备，八成以上的原材料在佛山都能一站式配齐。”李碧胜表示，佛山装备制造、泛家居两大万亿级产业集群，为游艇产业发展提供了全链条、全方位的支撑。

从制造能力看，佛山产业配套体系完备，在船体结构、新型材料、动力装置、内饰配件、仪器仪表等游艇相关领域已形成比较优势，已初步构建起涵盖制造、材料、电子、内饰的游艇产业链条。在应用场景方面，佛山西江、北江等水系发达，具备通江达海的航运条件，可高效对接港澳、联动湾区。当前，佛山正积极规划旅游岸线81段、总长约20千米，为游艇旅游、水上赛事等多元业态提供丰富载体。

《广东省推动游艇产业高质量发展行动方案（2024—2027年）》明确提出，到2027年，全省游艇制造产业链实现优化升级，游艇及关联产业规模突破1000亿元。目前，奇航总投资超10亿元的增资扩产项目也已启动，项目在2027年建成后年产值可达8亿元。届时，奇航生产新基地将专注高端绿色船型研发量产，配备中大型豪华游艇专用产线，并深化与佛山智能家居、高端制造产业协同创新，进一步壮大佛山游艇产业规模。
