In 2025, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport handled a total of 66.48 million passenger trips, 2.05 million tonnes of cargo and mailthroughput, and 448,000 aircraft movements, with all three indicators reaching record highs since the airport's inception. Notable milestones included monthly passenger traffic surpassing 6 million, the number of international and regional passenger destinations exceeding 60, and inbound and outbound cargo and mail topping 1 million tonnes.

In 2025, indicators for international and regional passenger operations at the airport surpassed their 2019 peak levels. International and regionalpassenger traffic surpassed 6.3 million, representing a year-on-year increase of more than 20%. During the year, the airport launched 14 new international passenger routes to destinations such as Melbourne, Malé, Vientiane and Yangon, and increased flight frequencies on 14 international passenger routes including Mexico City, Singapore and Dubai. The airport served 61 international and regional passenger destinations, with nearly 900 scheduled flights operated each week, connecting five continents worldwide.

In 2025, the construction of major projects at the airport saw breakthrough progress. The third runway was completed and put into operation, while construction officially began on Terminal 2 (T2), the Northern Cargo Area and supporting facilities. Looking ahead, the airport will be able to meet demand for an annual passenger throughput of 80 million and an annual cargo and mail throughput of 4.5 million tonnes.

To upgrade service quality, the airport rolled out a range of innovative servicesand products, including AI-powered customer service, AI travel assistants, autonomous food delivery services, robotic coffee machines, checked baggage irregularity alerts, and automated valet parking services. It also achieved paperless boarding throughout the entire process for international passengers and introduced an innovative "one gate, two doors and dual inspection" model, boosting clearance efficiency by 25% during peak hours.

深圳机场2025年客货量双上新台阶

2025年，深圳机场全年累计实现旅客吞吐量6648万人次、货邮吞吐量205万吨、起降航班44.8万架次，三大指标均创下了开航以来的新纪录，单月客流量最高突破600万人次、国际及地区客运航点数量突破60个、出入境货邮量突破100万吨等发展数据亮眼。

2025年，深圳机场国际及地区客运各项指标全面超越2019年峰值水平。其中，客流量超过630万人次，同比增长超20%；深圳机场全年新开墨尔本、马累、万象、仰光等14条国际客运航线，加密墨西哥城、新加坡、迪拜等14条国际客运航线，国际及地区客运航点达61个，每周计划执行航班接近900班，联通全球五大洲。

2025年，深圳机场重大项目建设迎来突破性进展：三跑道顺利建成投用，T2航站区、北货运区及综合配套工程正式开工。放眼未来，深圳机场可满足年旅客吞吐量8000万人次、年货邮吞吐量450万吨的使用需求。

围绕服务品质升级，深圳机场上线AI智能客服、AI乘机助理、机器人配餐、机器人咖啡、托运行李异常提醒、停车场自动泊车代驾等创新服务产品；实现国际全流程无纸化登机，创新“一闸双门双查验”模式，高峰时段通关效率提升25%。
