At 8:35 a.m. on January 6th, as a traveler completed facial recognition clearance through the e-channel at the border inspection station, the number of passenger trips through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port traveling between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao officially surpassed 100 million.

The completion of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) has shortened the driving time from Hong Kong to Zhuhai and Macao from about three hours to approximately 45 minutes. Residents of Hong Kong and Macao account for the majority of the port's traffic, making up 58.7% of the total. In 2025, nearly 18 million trips by Hong Kong and Macao residents were recorded, representing an increase of almost 300% compared with 2019. Among them, northbound travel by self-driving private cars has emerged as one of the most convenient and popular options.

Since the port opened, the HZMB border inspection station has processed over 39.38 million Chinese mainland travelers. In 2025 alone, the figure surpassed 12.57 million, marking a record high since the port began operations. Driving between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong for business, employment, family visits and tourism has become increasingly convenient. To date, over 800 Guangdong private cars have completed border inspection registration for the "Southbound Travel for Guangdong Vehicles" policy.

The HZMB Zhuhai Port is the only mainland checkpoint with direct road access to Hong Kong International Airport. It is also a 240-hour visa-free transit port. Its 24-hour clearance service, seamlessly integrated with the around-the-clock operation of Hong Kong International Airport, along with the implementation of supporting policies such as the "Fly-Via-Zhuhai-Hong Kong" program, has attracted a growing number of international travelers to cross the bridge.

In 2025, more than 569,000 foreign travelers were processed through the HZMB border inspection station, up over 28.7% year on year. These travelers came from more than 180 countries and regions, including ASEAN members, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Latin America, further highlighting the bridge's expanding role as a key hub linking domestic and international dual circulation.

经港珠澳大桥珠海公路口岸出入境人数累计突破1亿人次

1月6日上午8时35分，随着一名旅客经边检智能快捷通道完成“刷脸”通关，经港珠澳大桥珠海公路口岸往来粤港澳三地的旅客数量正式突破1亿人次。

港珠澳大桥的建成，让香港到珠海、澳门的车程从3个小时缩短至约45分钟。出入境港澳居民是口岸客流主力，占比达58.7%。2025年港澳居民出入境近1800万人次，较2019年增长近300%。其中自驾私家车“北上”成为港澳居民最便利、最热门的方式之一。

自口岸开通以来，经港珠澳大桥边检站查验内地旅客数量已超过3938万人次，其中2025年，经口岸出入境内地旅客数量超过1257万人次，刷新口岸开通以来历史最高纪录。内地居民驾车往来香港经商、就业、探亲、旅游更加便利，截至目前已有超800辆广东私家车完成“粤车南下”边检备案。

港珠澳大桥珠海公路口岸是内地唯一一个与香港国际机场陆路直达的口岸，同时也是240小时过境免签入境口岸，口岸24小时通关特点与香港国际机场24小时运营形成无缝衔接，加之“经珠港飞”配套政策实施，便利的通行环境吸引更多国际旅客选择经港珠澳大桥通行。

2025年，经港珠澳大桥边检站查验的外国旅客数量已超过56.9万人次，同比增长超过28.7%，涵盖来自东盟、中东、欧美、拉美等180多个国家和地区，港珠澳大桥联通国内国际双循环交通枢纽作用进一步凸显。
