From December 27th to 28th, the large-scale autumn job fair of the "Millions of  Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District.

With Shenzhen selected as the host city for the 2026 APEC meeting, this year's job fair featured a dedicated APEC Economies Recruitment Zone(APEC Zone), spotlighting foreign-invested enterprises from APEC economies in Shenzhen and benchmark local enterprises going global. Targeted invitations were extended to 34 high-quality enterprises across key industrial chains, such as AI, high-end manufacturing, and biomedicine, offering over 2,500 well-paid and premium positions.

Abdalla Moawia,a first-year Sudanese graduate student pursuing a Master's in Business Administrationat the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, shared his career ambitions with reporters in the APEC Zone. Expressing a firm resolve, Moawia stated his intention to take root in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a clear preference for developing his future career in Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

Moawia was far from the only international job seeker at the fair fueled by a passion for pursuing his dreams.Huang, a Pakistani PhD candidate majoring in Computer Science, focused his attention on R&D positions at leading companies such as BYD and Tencent. He plans to settle in Shenzhen and take advantage of the deep cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong to advance academic exchanges and technical research. Alina, a German Master of Laws, is actively seeking internships in cross-border negotiations and international legal affairs, aspiring to serve as a professional "bridge" for economic and cultural exchange between China and Germany.

Staff at the fair explained that, in preparation, the organizers had precisely mapped out job openings from over 20 companies with overseas recruitment needs and delivered targeted notifications to global talent pools. On the day of the fair, HR representatives engaged in real-time "face-to-face" cloud sessions with applicants via remote interview booths, achieving efficient and precise job-seeker matching.

“百万英才汇南粤”行动APEC专区刮起“全球逐梦风”

12月27日至28日，“百万英才汇南粤”秋季大型招聘会在深圳会展中心（福田）举办。

2026年APEC会议将花落深圳，此次招聘会顺势特设APEC专区，聚焦APEC成员在深外资企业及本土出海标杆企业，定向邀约人工智能、高端制造、生物医药等重点产业链34家优质企业入驻，释放超2500个高薪优质岗位。

“我来自苏丹，目前在哈工大深圳校区攻读商业管理硕士学位。”APEC专区内，研一学生Abdalla Moawia笑着向记者分享。谈及就业愿景，Abdalla Moawia语气坚定：“我一定会扎根粤港澳大湾区，优先选择深圳、广州这片沃土发展。”

现场，像他一样怀揣逐梦热忱的国际背景求职者不在少数。巴基斯坦计算机专业在读博士黄同学，现场重点关注比亚迪、腾讯等龙头企业研发岗位，计划定居深圳后，依托深港紧密合作优势开展学术交流与技术攻关；德国籍法律硕士Alina，一心寻觅跨境谈判、涉外法务类实习岗位，立志成为搭建中德经贸文化交流的专业“桥梁纽带”。

现场工作人员介绍，前期已精准摸排20余家有海外人才招聘需求的企业岗位信息，定向推送至全球海外人才群体；招聘会当天，企业HR通过远程面试舱与应聘者“云端面对面”实时对接，高效实现人岗精准匹配。
