On the afternoon of December 27th, the 2025 Guangdong Southern Chinese Martial Arts Exchange Conference was held in Guangzhou. Key inheritors of traditional Guangdong martial arts from across the province, Hong Kong, and Macao presented excellent demonstrations. These included practitioners of the "Five Schools and Thirteen Fists", Opera Shaolin Kung Fu, Zhangxi Long Stick, Haotou Zheng Family Stick, Caobu Banghua (flowing-hoe flower dance)and Caobu Heqiang (grain-carrying pole).

Eighty percent of the martial art styles presented at the conference have been listed as intangible cultural heritage items of various levels. The oldest performer at the event was Master Bai Huaxing, aged 83, and the conference commenced with his Eighteen Arhat Fist, which received enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The youngest performer was seven-year-old Huang Tiantian, an inheritor of the provincial intangible cultural heritage Nanzhi Quan. Despite his young age, he completed 60 single-handed, double-fist, and two-finger push-ups in one minute, followed by a powerful set of Nanzhi Quan. His performance offered a glimpse into the future of traditional Chinese martial arts.

With deepening international exchanges, more and more foreigners are being drawn to Lingnan traditional culture, such as dragon boat racing, dragon and lion dances, and martial arts. Franova, a 13-year-old girl from the Czech Republic, performed the Cai Family's Liangyi and Sixiang Fist, which she learned from Master Hu Youlai, inheritor of the Shaoguan municipal intangible cultural heritage item Cai Family Fist.

2025年广东省南派武功交流大会精彩纷呈

2025年12月27日下午，“2025年广东省南派武功交流大会”在广州举行，来自广东省内各地和港澳地区的广东传统武术“五家十三拳”以及班中少林武术、张溪大棍、濠头郑家棍、曹步䦁花、曹步禾枪的重要传承人进行了精彩交流展示。

参加本次大会的拳种百分之八十被列入各级非遗项目名录。参加表演的传承人年龄最大的是八十三岁高龄的白华杏师傅，他以的十八罗汉拳为本次大会开盘，获得了满场热烈的掌声。

最小的表演者是省级非遗项目南枝拳传承人黄天添。别看他只有七岁，但能在一分钟内完成六十个单手、双拳、双指俯卧撑，还能接着打一套刚猛的南技拳。从他的身上，看到了传统武术的未来。

随着对外交流的深入，越来越多外国人喜欢上了岭南传统的龙舟、龙狮和武术。弗拉诺娃是一位来自捷克的十三岁小女孩，她表演了一套得自韶关市市级非遗项目蔡家拳传承人胡友来师傅的蔡家两仪四象拳。
