On the morning of the 18th, the 2025 China Digital Entertainment Conference opened at the Yangcheng Creative Industrial Park in Guangzhou. The conference, themed "New Technology, New Model, New Format," adopted an innovative model of "One Forum, One Exhibition, and One Carnival," bringing together guests from government departments, leading enterprises, renowned universities, and research institutions. Participants offered insights and advice on industry trends, technological innovations, and new opportunities in the digital entertainment sector, jointly exploring pathways for high-quality development of China's digital entertainment industry.

Dai Liumei, President of the China Cultural and Entertainment Industry Association, noted in her address that the performance of China's digital entertainment industry in 2024 was remarkable. Looking ahead, the Association will join forces with all parties to focus on high-quality content, embrace technological transformation, and make digital entertainment an important carrier for inheriting China's outstanding traditional culture. Relying on the geographic advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Association will make every effort to connect upstream and downstream links in the industry chain and build an open and inclusive industry ecosystem.

Du Xinshan, Director General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, said that in recent years, Guangzhou has proactively capitalized on the benefits of digital development and vigorously implemented a digital strategy for the cultural industry, striving to build a national highland for the digital cultural and tourism industry. The executive meeting of the Guangzhou Municipal Government has deliberated on and passed the "Eighteen Measures to Support the Development of the Game and E-sports Industry in Guangzhou," and this policy will soon be officially announced to the public. It is reported that this is Guangzhou's first specialized policy to support the development of the game and e-sports industry.

Chen Jianrong, Mayor of Tianhe District in Guangzhou, said that Tianhe is a core cluster for the digital entertainment industry nationwide. Taking this conference as an opportunity, Tianhe will focus on building a "12126" modern industrial system, including cultural and creative industries, creating a spatial pattern led by dual core of the CBD (Central Business District) and CTD (Central Technology District) and driven by the axis belt, and embarking on a new chapter of high-quality development in the digital entertainment industry.
政策项目平台三重赋能 共筑数字文娱产业高地
18日上午,2025中国数字文娱大会在广州羊城创意产业园开幕。大会以“新技术新模式新业态”为主题,创新采用“一会一展一嘉年华”模式,汇聚来自政府部门、头部企业、知名高校、研究机构等各领域的嘉宾,围绕数字文娱产业趋势、技术创新与发展机遇建言献策,共同探讨我国数字文娱产业高质量发展之路。
中国文化娱乐行业协会会长代柳梅在致辞中表示,2024年我国数字文娱产业发展表现亮眼。接下来,协会将与各方携手发力,以优质内容为核心,拥抱技术变革,让数字娱乐成为传承中华优秀传统文化的重要载体。依托粤港澳大湾区区位优势,打通产业链上下游,构建开放包容的产业生态。
广州市委宣传部部长杜新山表示,近年来,广州主动抢抓数字化发展红利,大力实施文化产业数字化战略,全力打造全国数字文旅产业高地。广州市政府常务会议审议通过了《广州市扶持游戏电竞产业发展的十八条措施》,该政策近期将正式向社会公布。据悉,这是广州市首个扶持游戏电竞产业发展的专项政策。
广州市天河区区长陈建荣表示,天河是全国数字文娱产业核心集聚区,接下来将以本次大会为契机,着力构建包括文化创意在内的“12126”现代化产业体系,打造CBD+CTD“双核引领、轴带驱动”空间格局,开启数字文娱产业高质量发展新篇章。
