Since November, humanoid robots in Guangdong have stepped out from behind the scenes into the spotlight. On November 9th, at the opening ceremony of China's 15th National Games, three fully autonomous embodied intelligent humanoid robots Walker S2, developed by UBTECH Robotics Corp., Ltd. (UBTECH) in Shenzhen, struck the bronze chime bell dated to "the Ninth Year of Emperor Wen of the Nanyue Kingdom" unearthed from the Nanyue King's Mausoleum in Guangzhou and performed the opening piece "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon."

Similarly, a few days earlier, during the torch relay of the 15th National Games, "Kuafu", the world's first 5G-A humanoid robot and a representative of "Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing", carried a 1.6 kg torch with one arm and completed a 100-meter relay run.

On November 5th, Xpeng unveiled its next-generation humanoid robot, IRON. The robot's gait is so strikingly human-like that many suspected it was actually a person in disguise. In response, He Xiaopeng, the Chairman of Xpeng, released an uncut video in which the robot's back panel was unzipped in a single continuous shot, and later showcased the internal mechanical structure at a press conference, displaying strong technological confidence.

Today, these humanoid robots from Guangdong, which are capable of running and performing on stage, are making a crucial leap from laboratories to public stages and into the market. UBTECH is focusing on industrial applications, targeting clients in the automotive, 3C electronics, and semiconductor sectors. Leju Robotics has achieved stable deployment across scientific research, commercial, and industrial settings. At the same time, Xpeng IRON humanoid robot is expected to enter mass production by the end of 2026, with initial deployment in commercial service scenarios.

广东人形机器人奏响产业化序曲

11月以来，广东人形机器人从幕后火向台前。11月9日，在十五运会开幕式的舞台上，3台由深圳市优必选科技股份有限公司（以下简称“优必选”）研发的全自主具身智能人形机器人Walker S2，敲响广州南越王墓出土的“文帝九年”青铜句鑃，奏响开幕曲《彩云追月》。

无独有偶，在几天前的十五运会火炬传递中，作为“深圳智造”的代表，全球首个5G-A人形机器人“夸父”手持1.6千克的火炬，完成百米传递任务。

11月5日，小鹏发布了全新一代人形机器人IRON。该机器人步态与人类极为相似，以至于不少人质疑其由真人假扮。面对争议，小鹏汽车董事长何小鹏发布了一镜到底的拉开背侧拉链的自证视频，还在随后的发布会上公开展示内部的机械结构，展现出十足的技术底气。

如今，这些能跑会演的广东人形机器人，正在完成从实验室到公开舞台、再到市场的关键一跃：优必选把工业场景作为主攻方向，面向汽车、3C半导体等行业客户；乐聚机器人已在科研、商业、工业三大场景实现稳定交付。而小鹏IRON预计将在2026年年底量产，并优先进入商业场景提供服务。
