Recently, Guangdong announced that it will roll out a consumption season across the province.
In response, Shenzhen launched a cross-year consumption season, which will feature more than 500 consumption promotion events that highlight technological innovation. The public will be able to view demonstrations of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft showcasing the future form of "air taxi", and local leading tech enterprises will jointly operate a new-product experience zone. The initiative will launch a series of exclusive consumption packages, cross-border payment incentives and convenient customs clearance services for Hong Kong and Macao residents, deepening consumption integration among Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao.

During China's 15th National Games, Shenzhen will distribute numerous free scenic-spot tickets, collaborate with districts to issue cultural and tourism consumption vouchers, and combine platform subsidies with merchant discounts, converting ticket stubs, air tickets and orders into "welfare vouchers".

Taking the hosting of the Asia‑Pacific Economic Cooperation summit (APEC summit) as an opportunity, Shenzhen will implement new duty-free policies, support the introduction of domestic brands with Chinese design elements to port duty-free shops and in-city duty-free shops, implement "online booking, port delivery" and "in-city booking, inbound delivery" models. The city will expand coverage of departure tax refund shops, promote pilot programs such as "refund-upon-purchase" and "one order, one package, one code", and cultivate a batch of internationally-friendly business districts to create a smooth and comfortable consumption experience for inbound consumers.

Shenzhen has already achieved full acceptance of overseas bank cards, refund-upon-purchase, city-wide deployment of AI translation, luggage delivery and multilingual services. Not long after, it will launch "free half-day tours for inbound visitors" and distribute 20,000 AI city travel cards, creating a new "threshold-free travel" experience.

迎接十五运会和APEC“中国年”!深圳跨年消费季启动打
近期,广东决定在全省开展“粤享暖冬乐游广东”消费季活动。
据悉,此次“悦享暖冬乐购深圳”跨年消费季活动计划开展超过500场次促消费活动。活动将突出科技创新,面向公众进行电动垂直起降飞行器展示,感受“空中的士”的未来形态,并联合本地龙头科技企业设立新品体验区;将推出面向港澳居民的专属消费套票、跨境支付优惠和通关便利服务,深化深港澳消费一体化。
十五运会期间,深圳将发放万张免费景区门票、联动各区推出文旅消费券,叠加平台补贴和商户优惠,将票根、机票、订单转化为“福利券”。
深圳还将以举办APEC会议为契机,落实免税新政策,支持国货潮品进口岸免税店和市内免税店,实施“网上预订、口岸提货”“市内预订、入境提货”新模式。扩大离境退税店覆盖面,推广“即买即退”“一单一包一码”试点,培育一批国际友好型商圈,为入境消费者创造顺畅舒心的消费体验。
深圳已实现境外银行卡受理全覆盖、离境退税“即买即退”,全域部署AI翻译、行李配送和多语种服务,未来将推出“入境免费半日游”并派发2万张AI城市旅行卡,打造“零门槛畅游”新体验。
